Gay's Christmas Tree Farm

“Went yesterday for the first time! This was THE experience I was hoping for finding the family Christmas tree! The staff members were all helpful and kind ( worked really hard to help me locate the right size and fullness I wanted!). And I heard they’d let you saw it yourself if you wanted to, so of course I loved that when they offered! I brought a tree stand we already had and they attached it for me, and then they sent me with mesh wrapped trimmings to decorate the mantle piece. I was by myself so the guys working there helped me get the tree and stand on my car. They carefully placed the blanket I brought to protect the roof of my car, and tied it down so securely! They had a nice picnic area and fire pit, chitchat and popcorn, everyone was knowledgeable, and gave great customer service, and the prices were so reasonable too! Will be back and hope to take my nieces when they get older!”

“This year's Carolina Sapphires were gorgeous.... full bodied and few bare spots even after having the tree shaken for loose needles! As always, love the complimentary cocoa. They even mounted the tree on the stand we brought with us and made sure it was on the stand straight. Also replaced a silicone grommet to make sure the stand didn't leak and loaded the tree into the van for me. Good trees and great service!”

“Very friendly staff. You can either have them cut the tree or they will provide you with the tools to do it yourself. Hot chocolate and popcorn available in office. Last day of the year to purchase a tree is December 17th. They will also set up the tree if you buy the tree stand!”

“The BEST place in the CSRA to get a Christmas tree!! They have an excellent selection and even offer snow flocking! Mr. Gay was extremely nice to my family and I, and he made us have an overall great experience. If you’re considering getting a real tree, this is the place to go!”

“Fun experience with the family. You’re able to cut down your own tree with a saw and cart that is provided by the facility. Head inside for free popcorn and hot chocolate l. Come back outside and enjoy the fire before taking a hay wagon ride.”

“We've been getting trees here for years & it was sprinkling this year, but the website didn't indicate that they shut down for that and everything is covered so we got dressed immediately after school and work & drove over to find the gate closed. I know I could've called, but if you have a website that gives all your hours and information, maybe include any reasons that you'd close because we won't likely drive all the way back over this year.”
