“We stopped here late in the day on our first day in Hermann. We wanted to visit this winery because a Christmas movie we had seen was filmed there. Fortunately, it wasn't super busy when we arrived so we were able to do a tasting right away. They have a number of nice wines and we ended up finding a bottle we liked to take home. The person doing the tastings was super friendly and informative. They told us a little about the movie. One of the cool things is that you can do a self guided tour of the cellar below the winery which is one of the spots the movie was filmed. All in all this is a nice spot and it's in a corner of Hermann that has a lot of old-world charm.”

“Great place for both its history (was once a brewery before Prohibition) and now makes some of the best wine I've had. They offer samples to find what suits your taste. We went downstairs in the wine cellar where it's stored and even that was impressive. They also have outdoor tables in back where live music is performed on weekends.”

“Anna Mae was fantastic! We actually do not care for dry wines, but she selected some and we actually bought two bottles of that along with another bottle of something different. She definitely knows her wines. Although Kristi did not help us, we saw her interact with other customers and she is great as well. Great job on your staffing!”

“This is one of our favorite wineries that we visited in Hermann. It has a rich history like so many others in the area. The food options were good, and the wine was fantastic. Check out the cellars underneath the tasting room, or sit back and enjoy the wine in their lovely hearth room. Our favorite wine was the Christmas one.”

Mark on your list that they have a little cafe with quite a bit of food because of the places we visited there wasn't a ton of food options if you didn't brings snacks”
