“My wife and I love this place. We have shopped for meats and other goods at the farm store for many years. We recently stopped by to stock up on pork chops and ribeyes. We love the small farm atmosphere and that they host events there. Just use caution and watch for people riding horses when you arrive.”

“Best meat ever! Your venues are fabs too. Especially the square dance. Your catch phrase/slogan should be: "You can't beat our meat". You could sell bumper stickers and license plate frames in the gift shop. Make a couple of bucks and get free advertising in the bargain. Just a suggestion...”

“We love the meats, butters and tallow from Hickory Nut Gap. A friendly local farm and you don't have to guess where your food comes from. We will continue to bring our business here. On top of all that the staff is friendly and helpful. Can't go wrong here.”

“The staff answer every question knowledgeably everytime. So blessed to have a nationally known farm just minutes from our home. They also partner with extremely reputable artisans. Excited to receive my Passover brisket!”

“First time visiting and we were not disappointed! What a cool little spot. Ended up getting some sausage and ground beef. Cooked it the next day and it was delish! Hope to go again soon!”

“The staff is nice and friendly. Was there for the Faire. As Renaissance events go, this one rates about a 2. However, the $13 was worth it to see the visitors and their costumes and good cheer. Vendors were excellent as well.”

“I buy their ribeye steaks, but I dislike it when they fold and package a thin steak, making it appear thicker. I also purchase White Oak Pastures beef and have never gotten a thin, folded steak. Last week I bought 6 Hickory Nut Gap ribeys and am very disappointed because all six were very thin, folded steaks. I will think twice about buying their steaks in the future.”

“Phenomenal sausage. My mother was very close friends with the Clarks for years. She stopped by this morning to buy some sausage to ship since their prices online are so insanely expensive, even more than Ingles. They wouldn’t sell her any and told her she had to buy it online. Very disappointed. $121.00 for six packs of sausage is absurd. Even without shipping it’s $13.55 a pound!!! Crazy!”
