“I love Hood River Organics CSA! I think we first signed up in 2019- when we used to pick up our box, walking down the street to our local grocer. Then during the pandemic they were a lifesaver and we obviously had our box delivered. Does an apple or two have a bruise, fine- I eat it right away then. Have they swapped out things that I wanted that they were out of and I had to change what I was eating that night- sure. Have they given me credit when something is missing? OF course. They are fantastic. AND I always take a picture of my box contents and share with everyone in the house each week. And my dog always greets our driver with a bark and me yelling at him to "stop barking that is our friend" as I shout out a thank you! Did I mention the add-ons?”

“Since joining Hood River Organic’s CSA program in March, picking up our box is my new favorite part of the week. The produce is always fresh and a million times better than the produce you get at the store. I’ve discovered new favorite veggies I’d never tried before, and it’s been fun to watch crops go in and out of season! The reason I chose Hood River Organic over other CSA subscriptions in the area is 1) it’s available year-round, and 2) it’s super flexible and easy to change the contents of your box to what you like to eat.”

“I've been getting their CSA boxes since beginning of pandemic, and I LOVE their beautiful produce!! I love their beautiful eggs, and all the organic veggies. It's clear to see that the veggies are fresh from the farm, they are HUGE and comes in lots of crazy shapes. So it's worth every penny! It's also nice that a lot of the times there's surprise veggies thrown in the box. :) (great customer service always also, whenever I had any issue or request for content)”

“I have used HRO on and off for several years and always love how fresh, organic, and local all the produce is. You can really tell a difference in the quality, plus it’s so important to support our local farmers! If ever there has been an issue, they always resolve it pleasantly and promptly!”

“I was really excited to receive my box which was supposed to arrive Friday 6/26 but it never showed up. Then today 6/29 it showed up and was a gooey slimy rotten mess. It looks as though it spent the weekend in a hot warehouse. I have called and emailed multiple times since Friday and have not had a single response. Based on my experience so far it is hard to recommend this company.”
