“This is the classic local garden center. There is a large selection of annuals, perennials and vegetable plants. The folks working they are the ones that grew them and can answer any question. They also have wonderful seasonal vegetables and delicious baked goods that are made in store. I go there every year for my vegetable plants. No one beats their pickling cukes, peppers and herbs.”

“I am so glad I discovered Howe's Farm today!! An absolute wonderful side of the road farmstand. From jellies, fresh fruit & vegs, baked goods and in the fall apples, cider & cider donuts! I will be going here all the time now! (I bought these beautiful heirloom carrots today and roasted them in butter, delish)!!!”

“My husband and I were here recently, we bought corn on the cob, brussel sprouts, and grapes. All of their veggies and produce are excellent!!! I always let our kids schuck the corn, and my five year old daughter even ate some corn with dinner. This is a great place to go to get your kids to eat more veggies!”

“A very nice farmstand with baked goods, fruits, vegetables, honey, and a few prepared foods like potato salad and macaroni salad. Friendly and helpful staff. Not all the produce for sale is grown on this farm, but they'll point out which items are theirs if you ask.”

“Got our Christmas tree here this year! Great selection, friendly service. Very satisfied with our overall experience. Would definitely recommend, especially this time of year for anyone in search of a Christmas tree or decorative wreath!”

“We have been going to Howes since I was a child for our pumpkins every year. The selection is always very good and it's so fun to look through all of the multiple mounds of pumpkin searching for the perfect one! The farm stand has a lot to offer in the way of snacks and fresh produce. If they happen to have apple pies or apple cider donuts grab some while you can They are absolutely delicious! My girl's favorite is the assortment of honey sticks and the cookies They also love the apple cider donuts. There's usually a great variety of hearty mums, an earlier in the year you can find beautiful hanging plants and other varieties when the weather is nicer. The prices are always competitive. The pumpkins are by the pound, so when you let the kids pick out giant pumpkin, He can get a little pricey but things are clearly marked so you know what you're in for! They also have a vintage old scale that is super fun to weigh your pumpkins on! It's a whole adventure in a family tradition for us We love howe's!!!”

“Nothing fancy, but certainly not suffering from that. Fresh veggies were great and reasonably priced. Parking was a bit awkward due to a busy street, but worth the trouble.”

“This is more than just a farm and garden. It's an experience. I can't wait to visit again.”
