“October 2025 A day after a wild rain storm we went to explore the Indian Springs Ranch Fall Fest. The parking lot was a bit muddy however the rest of the site was fine. First impression was seeing zebras at close and personal. The whole ranch is felt very personal and rich with family spirit. There were some many fully grown animals where unlike traditional petting zoos it was very impressive. You can also feed them. There were many pumpkins under huge trees to choose from. An area was also setup for kids to have a fun where there was food trucks and drinks available. It definitely had that small country town feel. There was a ton of photo ops to capture the moments. I recommend this place for any who have kids and get into the pumpkin patch spirit.”

“5++ stars. The absolute highlight of our Austin trip and a must-do if you’re in the area. This is a truly special, family-owned and run place, and you can feel that care the entire time. The animals are clearly well loved, treated like pets, and so happy to interact with visitors. You really get to experience a slice of farm life and soak up all the love from the sweetest fur babies. Dylan was an incredible host and guide—knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about what he does. We’ll be talking about this experience for a long time and can’t wait to come back someday. Thank you for such a memorable visit!”

“This was our first time visiting a Pumpkin Patch. I did a thorough search of the Pumpkin Patches around Austin and I ended up choosing this one because they also have some animals and I wanted my 9-month old baby to see those. We loved that the Patch is among oak trees so we got plenty of shade which made our visit more enjoyable. You can get great photos basically everywhere in the place. I’d never seen an American Bison in person, so I was impressed at their size. You have to come to this patch. You won’t regret it”

“This private tour was truly a one-of-a-kind experience and absolutely worth it. I can’t recommend it highly enough. We went with kids ages 4 to 7, and it was incredible for everyone, engaging, memorable, and so special. It ended up being the highlight of our year. Our guide was such a kind and welcoming person, and it was clear that he and his family genuinely love and deeply care for the animals. Their passion and dedication really shine through. If you are in Austin for only one day, this is what you should be doing.”

“One of the most fun tours we've had in a while! We got to learn about how the place came to be and some back story on most of the animals here. The guide was super friendly. Highly recommend it, just make sure to book for a party with a minimum of at least 4 people.”

“Great experience for a sunny weekend family visit. The owner even gave us a private tour, sharing stories about each animal and the family farm. The immersive experience of feeding all the animals was truly unforgettable.”

“Great little pumpkin patch with plenty of shade to help stay cool in our “fall” weather. All the animals were very active and friendly. Plenty of spacious parking and cool photo opportunities spread around the visit.”

“This was our first time here, this is a quaint little ranch with some very friendly animals you can hand feed, they had a couple of play areas for the kids to tire themselves out, if you were hungry and didn’t bring any snacks or drinks they have a food truck that was on site. All in all we had an enjoyable time and my daughter had fun, if you haven’t been here and are looking for a place to take your little ones I would recommend this place”
