“The current owners have been operating J&M for about three years and are doing a good job of maintaining the country store vibe with homemade jams etc. while also building a reputation as a great entertainment venue. There is live music, including an open mic night, plenty of seating inside and out, a full bar with craft beers on tap, and a reasonably priced menu. The flagship food is barbeque smoked on site, very tasty, especially with their signature NC-style BBQ sauce. Plenty of open field parking too. Highly recommended as an easy alternative to downtown Hendersonville.”

A wonderfully eclectic combination of experiences were offered with live music, a big screen tv to watch final four, sip and paint, food truck, country food market, local beer, and a lively fun decor.”

“It's worth the stop! They have something for everyone, and the customer service was great. We stopped during the holidays, and they had Christmas trees for sale. They have lots of apples, local food items, and crafts. They even have wine tasting for a local winery. Go check them out!”

“The barbecue here is excellent served from a food truck outside you place your order inside good parking great staff. The only reason I didn’t give it to five because they were having trouble with the cash register that night and it took quite a bit for them to figure out the order and to get us a refund for an overcharge otherwise great place to go friendly people.”

“This place might have been good but it has a cage of really poorly kept chickens on display. Small cage, no food, plucked and pecked on. I left without buying because of this.”
