“Farmers are at the mercy of the elements. I get it. But do not set up a strawberry picking hotline number with the message "we are open and ready for picking," when you are not open for picking. Further, if you do make that mistake (and we are all human) don't tell the disappointed party that you can't sell any of the berries you have picked (and are washing in front of them). When you make a mistake, own it, and make it right with the potential customer. And, perhaps I am simply selfish, but I would think that this kind of behavior is particularly important when the disappointed party has a child with them.”

“this place can be very frustrating! The owner there can be nice, but she also say unexpected words towards you. Will compare you to others and rudely tell you that you are slow. I do not recommend this place if you are choosing to pick.”
