Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Wisconsin.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“I have been taking my kids here for more than 6 years and we always have so much fun. I have watched the farm build this little magical place from the ground up. It started with just a small barn and every year they add another little touch, a mini windmill or shed. You can tell it's been a labor of love for them. The mini sheds and barns are adorable and the selection of pumpkins and gourds is very unique. If you want a pumpkin picking experience or hot cider, this is not the way to go. But if you want a quick and easy stop to grab some beautiful pumpkins and gourds and other unexpected things, this is a nice little spot to check out. No entry fee, Cash only. Back in the day they used to have a good faith system to self pay, without any employees. They just had a little box where you could put your cash based on what items you took. Now they have staff and a place to check out. Maybe they will open up to Venmo or something else in the future, but for now it's still very old school cash only, and minimalist.”

“This place is SO cute!! self-Serve pumpkin farm, cash only, with very reasonable prices. Great attention to detail and multiple photo opportunities. I'd come back! 🎃”

“We stopped by this beautiful farm with the intention of spending money for all our fall decor needs. We inquired with an employee if they take card, and she was incredibly rude, close-minded, and condescending in her reply that “we are old school.” We told her in good faith that square readers are free or they could put up a sign so others would know to plan accordingly, and her response was: “OUR people know it is cash only.” Therefore, the self-described owner does not want your business if you are looking this business up as a first-time costumer. If I could give 0 stars, I would.”

“I cannot believe how entitled, arrogant and close minded the old lady running this place was. I doubt she cares about her google reviews whatsoever but if you’re reading this because you googled a cute pumpkin farm place, I highly encourage you to go literally anywhere else. Rude people suck. I was having a great day and she totally ruined my mood with her attitude!”
