Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Ohio.

  • Check whether this stop is a stand, orchard tour, or full farm experience before you arrive.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
  • Payment notes on file: Mastercard. Cash still helps at smaller stands.

“First time shopping at this Market. The Market was so neat and clean. The owner keeps the market at a good temperature. Went shopping for my mother 08/13/21. The employees are very nice! This market had what I was looking for. I could not help but notice, that the Sweet Potatoes, look really fresh! And if anyone has an issue with the cost of “Fresh Fruits, and Vegetables. Then you do not want fresh. One of his employees, was wiping the sweat off of the Watermelon. That is amazing to me. The owner really cares about what he is selling to people. My cherries were so delicious! Hehe!”

“10/10 highly recommend! Freshest fruits and vegetables I've ever seen in Toledo and if you have any complaints about pricing you're crazy! Came in and got 5 1/2 pounds of potatoes, 4 cobs of corn, and a bell pepper for under $20, much better than going to a super market where all the produce will rot in a week after you spend $20+ for it all. This place seems family owned, home grown produce, and they're incredibly kind and helpful!”

“My fiancé and I went this past weekend! The owner was very polite and it was very clean as well! They had a nice selection of fruit and vegetables. We love the idea of giving back to the community! We will be definitely going back and spreading the word!”

“Great customer service, she made sure to find us the best watermelons which are massive and they have orange & yellow watermelons.. so cool. we are trying the orange. Their green grapes are massive and so good. We will be back.”

“My ex-wife makes me drive her there. It's a nice little place. They somehow have great Watermelon. I definitely recommend it. They are on the corner of Pulaski and Nebraska. I highly recommend that you check them out.”

“A beautiful place to buy your fruit and veggies needs”

“I went there to get fresh produce like seeded watermelon, kiwi and seeded grapes.”

“I was with the person who left the most recent review on 04.26.2024. Although we recently moved here from Arizona, we were born and raised in Ohio and have been to many farmers markets. I was surprised this market was in the neighborhood near us, and based on reviews we were like wow!, let’s check it out, go get some fresh fruit. All the fruit were really huge, and had barcode stickers on them from a different vendor. (Not Kroger because Kroger stickers say USA). There were no prices posted up, nothing organic in this market. I asked if there were any small jars of honey, the owner went to the back and brought out a huge container of premium honey(Walmart sales this brand for 10.98) and this was priced 14 and some change. Usually at farmers markets there are local Ohio honey, organic or raw. Even the bag of peanuts we bought were not fresh and sealed in a “great value” plastic baggie. Needless to say, I disposed of the bag of fruit I purchased worth $20.03, so basically this is the price I have paid to leave my review, and whenever a customer shops at a place of business we are not obligated to discuss anything with an owner or manager before writing a review. The next day I had to go to Kroger and buy all my fruit and let me tell you I got more at a fraction of the price - 4 mango at $1 each, while I was charged 3.50 for one mango that was mushy and going brown inside. And there is a sign that says don’t squeeze the fruit. My grandmother taught me how to pick my fruit long ago, so I was like ummmm, okay. We will not return here, we understand what may be in or out of season as we do our research ALWAYS. So this place is not for us, over priced, and a wasted trip. If you don’t believe me, check it out for yourself and leave YOUR honest review.”
