“If I could write a book on how much I adore this farm, I would. But for the sake of readers I'll keep it short. I stumbled upon Preli's Farm and Winery in my search for grape leaves for a batch of homemade dolmas. John the owner was very helpful and understanding, and thus began my loyalty. Everything grown or made on the farm is a treat. From delicious heirloom tomatoes to giant fresh blackberries to the vast catalog of wines and ciders... I've never been disappointed. It's clear that John, Jeanne, Bailey and the crew work their hardest to create such an impressive selection of products. I've made it my goal to visit a few times a month! The farm itself is tranquil and inviting and the service is always top notch. Any time I've visited, I felt welcomed. Having their three-legged farm dog Daisy greet me upon arrival has brought me happiness every time! So if you're on the search for a farm for all your needs including pick-your-own services, CSA shares, or wine tastings I suggest visiting this gem in Glastonbury.”

“We saved the best for last. This farm/winery is amazing!! I don't know why we were one of the only ones here, but YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Tucked back off a dirt driveway, this farm has the cutest most relaxing area to enjoy a tasting and try fresh produce. Their wines and ciders were so inventive. Try the tomato wines, they are divisive. Joe loved it! I had to leave with the ginger cider 🩷. This is the perfect place to spend an afternoon! Welcomed by the owner, we received a great overview and lots of information. And I can't forget the cats, dog and chickens! Joe loved the old farm equipment that they still use for farming. Visit and let me know how much you love it. Note: I bought fresh grown okra here! Also naturally fermented pickles and the best tomatoes I've ever eaten. They also sell their own honey and maple syrup!”

“The hole in a wall spot where I plan to spend the summer! My cousin and I stumbled upon this place looking to try a new winery. It’s rustic and beautiful, honoring its history and serving delicious, homemade wines, fruit wines and ciders. We spent a few hours here yapping, and trying to pet the farm dog Daisy who is the very best. Tons of outdoor seating and spot heaters as needed. We got a flight for $16 and went back for a bottle to share — and then bought more to take home! We will definitely be back. John and Jean are great”

“A unique small winery with delectable fruity wines. The flight of wine wasn’t as pungent as certain white of red wines and didn’t seem to have a high alcohol content (only my opinion and I loved the lightness), BUT they were very refreshing and fruity with their locally sourced fruits. We enjoyed the scenery along with some snacks, and enjoyed watching the cute chickens wander in their glory. 🐔 Dog friendly 🐶 🐾 💜”

“Love this hidden gem of a farm and winery! The fruit wines are tangy, the ciders refreshing, the local produce is fresh and just picked. I asked if they had eggs and they went to the henhouse and gathered a fresh dozen! Make sure to take the Glastonbury/Rocky Hill Ferry to/from for only $5 on a weekday!”

“Cute farm with an even cuter dog! Friendly and knowledgeable staff/owners. We tried a flight plus one. Very unique wines, tomato was a sweet hit! Awesome selection of ciders and all is affordable. We will be back next time we’re in town. Did I mention the dog? Make sure and give Daisy a pet!”

“Such a lovely place! That tasting wine was a great choice. You can also bring your own snack like grapes or charcuterie. My plus was having the chance to purchase some organic eggs.”
