Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in California.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“This place is always a fun place to visit during September and October. The staff are great and they have plenty of activities for the kids. An entry fee is required. Usually $6 for kids ages 2 and up, and adults are $8. You can pay cash or by card. They have a corn maze, petting zoo, hay pyramid, pumpkin yard photo area, Sunflower farm, tractor rides, etc. They have porta-potties, and hand-washing stations. They also sell snacks and drinks at the checkout stand. If purchasing pumpkins they have a tractor that takes you out to the pumpkin patch, and a staff member cuts the pumpkin if necessary. You can borrow a wagon to haul your pumpkins around. The petting zoo animals: pigs, goats, sheep, cows, horses, chickens, and a baby chicks area. You also get to feed most of them. Pumpkin prices varies: $2-$16+ (each) They also have a reservation area that can be used to host birthday parties, etc. More information can be found online.”

“Looking for a bit of Americana nostalgia? Then, look no further than Keema's Pumpkin Farm off of Bruceville Road. This pumpkin patch reminds me of the pumpkin patches I grew up with as a kid. It doesn't feel like an amusement park. This is a small, family-owned pumpkin patch without all the glitz and glamor that you see with all of the large pumpkin patches. It's perfect to spend an hour or two. Parking is free and immediately adjacent to the entrance. It's nice to feel take a tractor out to the pumpkin patch itself and have one of the friendly employees cut your pumpkin of choice right off of the vine. Feel free to pet some of the friendly farm dogs roaming the property as well as many of the cute farm animals. Face painting is $5. Definitely well worth it. They have hot chocolate and hot coffee as well as a few snacks up at the front. Pumpkins are really very reasonably priced as well as the entrance fee.”

“Cutest pumpkin patch. 1st time here, we have a 2yr old and an 8mth. Everyone had a blast. The workers are so nice and helpful. They are charging a fee to enter, but that includes everything they have except the pumpkins. Super cute hay maze for 5 and under, hay pyramid, horses, cows, pigs, chickens to pet and feed. They also had 4 day old chicks today, so cute. Lots of seating and picture opportunities. Short tractor/hay ride to the pumpkin patch, they also have pumpkins already picked to buy. Also have an area to play with dump trucks. My son would have stayed all day if he could. I can see this place being busy, we showed up just after they opened on a Sunday. Recommend bring your own wagon to carry your pumpkins although they do have some you can use and bring cash.”

“What a great experience. I’m glad I googled n found this place. Must visit pumpkin patch. Close to nature and natural habitat. Away from rides and money spending drama. Bring your kids n enjoy. My kids loved touching horses and chicks, feeding month year old calf, collecting eggs, feeding cow and collecting pumpkins of their own choice. Enjoyed Hay ride. Most of things my kids n myself did for the first time. N had a peaceful lunch under the shed, got picnic feeling.”

“Very cute & simple pumpkin patch for young kids. There’s face painting, small petting zoo, tractor ride to pick your own pumpkin, and an easy maze for littles. They had delicious BBQ & a beautiful area to eat. The ice cream options have no “healthier” options which would be dye free, dairy free, or simple fruit options, which is a bit disappointing but I understand not everyplace will have better options.”

“Very cute and quaint pumpkin patch. Very chill and not too over crowded. Perfect for our kiddos, 4 and 1 year olds. Had a petting zoo of farm animals, hay ride to the pumpkin patch, hay and corn maze, BBQ shack, and a variety of activities for littles to stretch their legs. Kids had a great time.”

“Its a small pumpkin patch. Was hoping more kids activities. They have mini maze for kids under 5. A hay tower with a silde that my kiddos enjoyed. Small sand area & corn maze. Couple gifts stand & face painting for 5 dollars. We didn't try the bbq foods they had there. They also have a tiny animals area to look/pet. Short hay rides to the pumpkin area and back. Prices for pumpkin starting at $2. Plenty of free parking space & potty area.”
