“This is a wonderful orchard! The apples are very well tended to by David and handled with care. They are stored in perfect temperatures. Janet runs the stand and you couldn't find a more pleasant person if you tried. I just called to find out if they per chance might be open on Christmas Eve day only to find out they were not. Janet offered to put apples out in a cooler so I could pick them up at my convenience! I recently moved from Coventry to Niantic and still make the trek back to Kollas Orchard not only for the apples (which are the best) but for the atmosphere.”
“A hidden gem in Tolland with THE most mouth watering apples. My favorite varieties are available now; Melrose, Winter Moon, Fuji. They also sell some wonderful frozen pies. One less thing I have to do. I especially love the strawberry rhubarb pie.”
