“We’ve been getting our meats, eggs, and produce from Lake Meadow Naturals Farm, and it’s been an excellent experience all around. Everything is clean, well organized, and easy to access, with plenty of parking and a welcoming setup from the moment you arrive. One of the highlights is the animal encounter area. You can see and interact with a wide variety of animals—chickens, goats, cows, pigs, emus, turkeys, ducks, and geese—which makes it a great experience for families. They also clearly mark which animals can be fed or touched, so it feels safe and respectful. The biggest difference, though, is the quality of the food. The meats are fresh, humanely sourced, and minimally processed—and you can genuinely taste it. When cooking, everything smells cleaner and richer, the texture is noticeably better, and the flavor stands out compared to typical store-bought options. Even after a meal, you feel more satisfied, like you’re actually getting real nourishment. Overall, it’s a great place to support local farming while getting high-quality food, and it’s become a go-to spot for our family. Once you make the switch, it’s honestly hard to go back. With each visit something new is discovered...”

“We’ve been coming to Lake Meadow Naturals for years and it’s always such a great experience. The farm store has the freshest eggs (you can really taste the difference), and we love picking up meats, cheeses, and seasonal goodies whenever we stop by. It’s also just fun to walk around the farm and see the animals—chickens, goats, cows—you name it. It never gets old. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and everything here feels like it’s done with care. It’s definitely one of our favorite local spots, and we’ll keep coming back again and again.”

“Definitely will be back. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was definitely surprised about the amount of food options they Carrie. I just thought it was just eggs. I would sign up online for their mailing list. They due weekly specials. They reset every Thursday. We talked to Debra She was a wealth of information about the family farm. Their local family owned and operated. They’ve been there for around 20 years. We will be definitely going back.”

“Highly recommend coming It is a true gem They are super nice and honestly I forgot how good real bread and eggs taste. It is worth the drive because everything is fresh, the meats are 10/10. The butter out of this world. The installations are small but extremely well laid out. Please do not leave without the icecream the banana pudding ouch yummy The granola bar in the pictures is a meal !! Amazing good job Keep it up we will be back soon”

“The best farm I’ve ever visited 😍. The eggs are fresh, large, and taste amazing, and the meat has incredible quality for such an affordable price. You can tell everything is natural and well taken care of. The customer service is excellent — super friendly and always willing to help. I 100% recommend this farm to anyone looking for fresh, high-quality products at a great price! 🐔🥩💛”

“I love this farm! Not only are the animals fun to feed and look at with the kids but the groceries they sell are amazing! Their cheese, amish butter, their breads, eggs, and many more are top notch! The only thing I would say they need to improve is the customer service at the checkout needs some work. I think they need a more friendly and involved customer service and experience.”

“Looking for healthier alternatives, we decided to visit this market—and we were not disappointed. Seeing fresh fruits and vegetables and being able to read clean, simple ingredients was exactly what we were looking for. I would have given a 5-star review; however, our first experience was unfortunately impacted by one staff member. While shopping, we had a few questions and needed a price check for an item that wasn’t labeled. One staff member was very kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated. Later, we had a question about a promotion on Gouda and Swiss cheese. We asked a woman with red hair, who appeared to be in charge. She quickly responded that the items could not be combined and rushed off. We understood she seemed busy, but the signage was unclear (whether it was buy one get one free or a percentage off), so we asked a young man who kindly approached us to help. At that point, the same staff member with red hair called him outside and, within earshot, told him with an attitude that we had already asked her the same question. When he returned, his demeanor had clearly changed. We then approached her calmly to clarify that we had asked a different question, but she responded loudly, drawing attention from others in the store, and dismissed it as a “misunderstanding" and rushed off again. It felt like we were being brushed off, which was disappointing. Aside from this interaction, the store, produce, and other staff members were wonderful. Unfortunately, that one experience took away from what would have otherwise been a perfect visit. For me, customer care reflects how a business values both its customers and its employees.”

“Our experience at this farm was extremely disappointing and upsetting. We accidentally missed the correct exit and entered the wrong parking area because the sign directing visitors to the proper exit in the first parking lot is very small and difficult to see. It is easy to miss, especially for first-time visitors. As soon as we realized the mistake, we tried to explain what had happened and make things right. Instead of helping us, the owner became hostile, started yelling, and used profanity in front of our children. We remained respectful and attempted to resolve the situation, but he continued screaming and showed no interest in having a calm conversation. The most disturbing part of the encounter was when he told us to get off his property and to pointed to his waist threatening to pull out his gun. At that moment, I felt threatened and genuinely concerned for my family's safety. No customer, especially families with young children, should ever be made to feel that way over what was clearly an honest mistake. What makes this even more unfortunate is that the farm itself is actually a great experience and has so much potential to be a wonderful place for families. However, if the owner truly does not care about how he speaks to customers and believes it is acceptable to scream, curse, and behave aggressively in front of children, then I cannot recommend bringing your kids here. We came expecting a family-friendly environment and left feeling shocked, intimidated, and unwelcome. Parents should be aware that while the farm may be enjoyable, our interaction with the owner completely overshadowed the experience.”
