Lively Grove Farms

“We have been out to pick berries twice this summer. Once for blackberries, once for blueberries. The farm was easy to find, not far away, had friendly staff, practices ORGANIC farming, and had an abundance of beautiful fruit. They also have herbs, flowers, and some vegetables. We brought our berries home, washed them, let them dry, then measured them out into freezer bags. Last weekend, I made blueberry pancakes, and the berries were sweeter than any I have ever used. As long as they are open, we will be customers.”

Showing them the importance of a healthy lifestyle, a whole food diet and what it means to support local businesses is what we strive for. We greatly appreciate Lively Grove Farms organically grown farming practices, keeping our kids safe from harmful pesticides is the main reason we visited! And the prices were so affordable, We can’t wait to go back!”

“Small organic style farm with fresh produce stand and you-pick. The owners were so kind and friendly, and the blueberries we picked here are delicious. My boys couldn’t stop shoveling them in their mouths. They are small, so their produce is limited depending on what’s growing in season. But the prices are entirely reasonable and it’s totally worth a trip for blueberry picking. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back.”

“What a Gem! I drive by this everyday and thought to bring the kiddos for some blueberry picking. Kelsey was the absolute best host we could ask for. She directed us to the fresh (u-pick) cucumbers, peppers,tomatoes and all 16 varieties of blueberries! The kids had a blast and kept saying how fun it was. Also, she gets another 5 stars for the tee shirt design for the little ones! Delicious cookies too!”

“Great place to go as a family with kids, you could stop in for a few minutes, or wander for an hour. All of the produce we picked was delicious, and the owners were so nice to talk with and hear their stories. We will definitely go back for more than blueberries”
