Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Pennsylvania.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“We attended a birthday party in October, but our host arranged for the kids to pick pumpkins along with a hayride. You could purchase tickets for the kids to ride down the slide once or unlimited times, shoot apples from a launcher, drive pedal cars, a cow themed train ride, and a jump pad. There was a petting zoo, pony rides, a playground, and a haybail maze for the kids to play on. Plenty of spots to take gorgeous pictures, vendors, cider/coffee/slushies, & a cute little country store inside the barn basement! We definitely will be back next year!”

“Such a cute and family friendly farm and the staff were down to earth and welcoming while we were there! We came for a field trip and unfortunately the vendors weren’t open when we were there but I was told they have cider, pizza, baked goods and more so I might visit again one of these weekends. Overall I recommend coming especially during the fall season. I absolutely loved the scenery and the surrounding land away from the hustle! <3”

They have farm raised beef, fruits, vegetables, raw milk , eggs, honey, home made bake goods that are truly amazing! and ao many more things that you can only find locally. I would highly recommend stopping by to check out all of the different products that they carry. Awesome place to visit, well worth your time.”

“The girl had a great time taking a tractor ride and picking a pumpkin to bring home and paint. We haven't been there in a few years but we will be taking them every year”

“I went the final day they were open. I was absolutely appalled by the state and health of the poor animals here! The rabbits were falling through their cage.. A baby cow was so thin, I could barely look at it! It had feces all over it. A goat’s ear was in pieces hanging off its head. There was no food or water provided at all for them. I have reported this farm to the appropriate officials. I’m glad I was one of 4 people taking photos of this tragedy to report. I had to explain to my 10 year old niece why the animals looked so sick, and it ruined my whole day. Very sad.”
