Messick's Farm Market

“We did a night at Messick’s Farm as part of Harvest Host. We enjoyed waking up to a view of a beautiful strawberry patch. I was able to pick strawberries the next morning. Also had a great breakfast from their kitchen. I am impressed that they have a large cultivated elderberry patch. Friendly staff & great stop.”

“We LOVE Messick's! There is so much to do, we spend all day there! My 13 year old and 9 year old beg to go and never want to leave! We always attend the fall festival, it's a tradition for us! The ice cream is delicious and they have the best bacon around! 10/10 I would highly recommend!”

“Bounce pillow, candy cannons, hay ride, Zipline, goats! This place has everything! Go for the pick-your-own-strawberries (there were tons, we filled up 3 buckets in 20mins), stay for the strawberry wine slushies or custard. Did I mention the goats? 🐐”

“Great place for kids to have fun in many ways, and to feel more close to the nature and learn about agriculture and animals. My kid loved the rides and the mountain slide. Keep the great work we will be back again, it was worth every cent.”

“Amazing place for kids with an old school feel. The corn maze was perfect. Lots of room and activities to spread out the mass of people. Live music was a nice touch.”

“Local farm market. Serves icecream desserts and hot food from the kitchen. Decent selection of (pricy) local wines, Amish meats, cheeses, and a variety of bulk foods, candies, & gifts. The bacon cheeseburger is tasty. There’s a (pay to use) farm-themed children’s playground area and a LOVE sign ready for photo ops. Plenty of parking and space to roam. You can pick your own flowers (from designated areas) too. As these farm market stores go, this one is a bit more bougie than others I’ve visited. Prices reflect that. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If I lived closer, I would shop here more frequently than I do. This is worth a stop and see.”

“We enjoyed our first visit to Messick's Farm to celebrate Easter. We ordered food upon arrival, enjoyed eating outside in the table area, and then checked out the different activities they had available. The covered tractor-pulled ride around the farm was nice, though I wish I knew what plants we were looking at during the ride. My daughter liked the zipline and pillow pad, too.”
