What visitors say

“Metropolitan Farms is an incredible urban farm with so much to offer. Their energy is awesome and their work is inspiring. The farm generously opened its doors to our high school students and gave them a great hands on tour of their facility. Our students left with a new found knowledge of where our food comes from and motivated many of them to start their own gardens at home. Go check them out and show your support!”

“Metropolitan Farms, through the Urban Transformation Network, exemplifies community empowerment and revitalization! Their impactful initiative at Loretto Hospital today inspired wellness and healthier food choices, fostering sustainable, nutritious living. Thank you for uplifting our communities with your dedication! Bravo! 👏🏿🌱👏🏿”

“Visited the farm last week and had an amazing time! We got to learn of the intricacies that go into aquaponic growth and even had a hands on experience with cutting basil. There was a wide variety of herbs and veggies, and we even got to take some home. Thank you Treana for your expertise and the fun tour!”

“Really awesome set up. Their fish are fed by catch (other fish that get caught in nets and aren't the target fish) and veggies. Have delicious pesto and amazing basil plants. Try the tour on Saturdays. It was very interesting to learn about.”

“Walked there with our Orr students through the Greencorps Youth Program and loved it! Fresh fruits and veggies, lots of fish, and great lessons on aquaponics. Really looking forward to keeping in touch and coming back”

“Really Nice Place, the Lead Supervisor Treana was very welcoming and she gave me a lovely tour of their facility! Nice Things going on there.”

“Educational, interesting, and delicious 😋 tour.”

“I went here and they are very rude they tell me one price then give me another price then have the nerve to say we have prices posted but did not tell me where and when I asked why they did not to show me The First beginning so they're mad because I want to see the product before I buy it manager attitude problem no knowledge of what they are doing to understand how there are in business customer service suck”
