“So worth the trip! There are 2 barns/gift shops with very fun, unique and plenty of local or NC items. The restaurant would actually be the 2nd entrances. Plenty of parking and walkable from the first barn to restaurant. The concept is spot on from getting checked in, to paying, getting your table, getting served and the plentiful food!!!! Our waitress was so outstanding and efficiently. She got the food out so fast and checked on us several times. The biscuits, chicken, tenderloin, green beans, corn, Mac and cheese, mash potatoes and gravy and desserts were large portions on the first round although it’s all you can eat. Everything was outstanding. Check hours of operation before you go.”

“This is one of my favorite places to go eat. It is buffet and you don't have to leave your seat to go get anything. It was five of us and they bring the food to your table like Sunday dinners at home and you pass to each other and fix your plate. Menu is the same everyday. Fried chicken, pork lion, green beans, mashed potatoes, corn, Mac & cheese, and ham biscuits. You can't beat the simplicity of this place. They offer hayrides throughout the year. My favorite is during Christmas. It is beautiful. If you haven't been to Mike's Farm you are missing a hidden treat. One bonus is they had a band playing outside.”

“It has been years since I last visited Mike's Farm ( like back in the 90's ). I was so impressed with all of the new upgrades. The areas really look excellent. The food as back than and as now is still great. The farm meal they service is really good. The don't have to worry about not getting enough as there all you can eat policy will satisfy anyone's appetite. The personnel who service you are very kind and pleasant. It was a real enjoyable experience to have a satisfying country style meal at Mike's Farm. I highly recommend you visit when you can.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The food was great, gift shop was nice, we were able to grab some really nice pumpkins on our hay ride (there was also a nice spectrum of pumpkin varieties, both in the "patch" and on pallets up by the store), and we had a blast loving on the animals. They had such sweet and silly personalities. Definitely would recommend for the Fall! Excited to go back for Christmas lights.”

“Really good food. The staff were really nice and really can’t beat the prices given it’s all you can eat. The desserts were really good too. The farm animals are fun and able to feed them with the corn. Will be back”

“My first time visiting Mike's Farm. Had high expectations based upon previous reviews. Reservations permitted only for groups of 20 or more so waiting for a table is necessary. We went on a Saturday so the first seatings were at 4. Waited about 45 minutes since we arrived a little after 4. Some coming later we're told their wait times were one hour+. One could bide the wait times rocking, visiting their extensive gift shop, or visiting the farm animals. You pay just after entering but before being seated. They do offer a senior and child discounts. Once seated, you order drinks and tell the waitperson what fried chicken parts you prefer. Besides fried chicken, you get all you can eat mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, corn, country biscuits with ham, pork tenderloin, mac and cheese, and dessert (strawberry shortcake, banana pudding, and cheesecake). Food quality was a 7 out of 10. Service was great. Good for special occasions.”

“It was our first time there. The food was really good. The Mac and cheese was probably the best I ever had. It's all you can eat. I only wish that I could've fit some more in. The sever was great and always checking on us. There's a couple of nice gift shops with local items. And even some farm animals to feed. All around nice experience.”
