A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Washington.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“If you're looking for a fall outing that feels like stepping into a Hallmark movie, Monster Farm at Greenbluff is the place to be. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was festive, welcoming, and full of charm. The new monster theme is absolutely adorable—especially the little masks that kids (and kids at heart) can wear while exploring the farm. It adds a playful twist to the traditional pumpkin patch experience. One of the highlights of our visit was meeting Farmer John, who took us on a delightful ride aboard the Bee Train. He made several stops around the farm, sharing fascinating insights about the crops, the changing seasons, and how to spot differences in produce and use them wisely. His passion for the farm was contagious—he spoke with such excitement and care that we found ourselves completely engrossed in the tour. The activities were fairly priced, making it easy for families to enjoy everything without breaking the bank. Whether you're bringing toddlers or just out with friends, there's something for everyone. The farm is spacious enough to explore freely but not so large that it feels overwhelming. It’s the perfect balance of adventure and coziness. We also loved browsing the store, which had a lovely selection of candles and home gifts. Being able to sip on a warm cup of coffee while strolling through the farm added to the relaxing vibe. I’ll definitely be bringing my family back here for future visits. This is the kind of place my children will remember fondly when they think about pumpkin picking and fall traditions. Monster Farm has officially become our go-to spot for seasonal fun—and I can’t wait to see how it grows in the years to come.”

“Words cannot describe how amazing this place is. My fiancé and I are getting married next weekend and were looking for somewhere to buy a ton of all different kinds of pumpkins to use to decorate our wedding. The task was overwhelming and I really wanted them to be perfect. I messaged the farm and Crystal told me to ask for her when I got there and she would help me out. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest people who helped escort us all of the way back to their GIANT multiple acres of every pumpkin imaginable and spent hours helping us harvest as many different pumpkins as we wanted. I can’t believe the personal attention and care that we were shown before our special day and I will never forget. Their prices are great for the quality of their pumpkins and squash and I would have bought even more if my wedding planner wouldn’t have to set them all up for us!! This farm not only has the most beautiful and unique selection of pumpkins around, but is also ran by amazing people who genuinely care about their customers. It was one of the most special days I’ve had in a while spending time out on their farm and they made all of my pumpkin dreams come true. Crystal and family you are the BEST!!! Thanks again and much love - Brittany and Bronson”

“I absolutely love that when Knapp’s Farm closed down, a young single mom took it upon herself to get it going again. It is now Monster Farm and she has done an amazing job still keeping it local and old fashioned without commercializing it. The play area for the children is one price for an all day wristband and is still cheaper than all the other farms on the bluff. She has beautiful carving pumpkins and even purchased some from another local farm so she can keep up with the demand. Lots of different winter squash from her fields to enjoy. Always the first farm we visit when we come to the Bluff!”

“Visited on a Saturday afternoon and came at the perfect time as there were no other visitors around. It was fairly hot which is likely why now that we think about it... Super friendly owner and team. Pricing was by the pound and was about $3.49 per lb. Absolutely delicious blackberries, tayeberries, and strawberries. Our sons got lost picking strawberries and enjoyed nature at its finest. Definitely check out Knapp's!”

“We went today and for $7 per person two 8 year old were entertained for almost 4 hours. We had to leave because they were closing or they would have stayed longer. Farmer John was Incredibly knowledgeable and taught us so much on the bee ride. Can't wait for next summer to go pick some fruit.”

“Fantastic people! My son and I had so much fun picking raspberries. They went the extra mile to talk to my son and make sure he had a great day. Definitely bring the family here you won’t be disappointed!”

“We will definitely be coming back. Great atmosphere, caring owners. If you don't like the overcrowded and overpriced "main" farms of Greenbluff, go here! We had a blast, thank you!”

“Super cute! It was $7 per person to go on the bounce house and walk through a hay maze to "singing pumpkins". It was a projector set up to make faces on three pumpkins telling stories and singing songs. There was also a ground level trampoline. The hayride was actually a farm tour. The farmer was so sweet and personable! He was very convincing that I ended up buying one pumpkin. It was $24. After loitering near the cash register. The average price of ONE pumpkin was $30. Cute place but I will not be coming again. The pumpkins were way too expensive and I had to shuffle my children away from wanting to do a pumpkin patch experience.”
