Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Arizona.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Mother Nature’s Farm has so much to offer! We took our kids to visit the pumpkin patch and animals on a Friday and had such a blast! There are many things to do to keep the little ones entertained and lots of rest areas for when you need a break. We enjoyed feeding the animals, racing the pedal go-karts, the corn pits (those were new this year!), and the bouncy houses. You get a free pumpkin from the patch inside the farm with each paid entry ticket. Highly recommend this farm for fall festivities. This is our 3rd year visiting and we will continue to come back every year! Also I very much recommend getting there right when the farm opens at 9am so it’s not too hot by the time you leave.”

“My family and I’ve been going to Mother Nature ‘s farm for about 10 years now. The anticipation of the season and going to “the Farm” has always been exciting for us. Leisurely spending the day at Mother Nature’s Farm feeding the animals, Talking the kids into going down the huge slide, taking hayride to see the beautiful sanctuary that it has become Is Immeasurable.. Moments that have made our memories ! There are so many activities for children and adults. And …..you get one pumpkin per entry fee Perfect size for the kids, What else could you ask for? We are thankful for the Kelsall family for Giving us, a little slice of Heaven”

“We've been coming to this pumpkin patch since my teenagers were babies, and we still love it so much! The price is the best in town, it's great that it includes all the things plus a small pumpkin. There are countless photo spots and variety of things to see and do, all spread out over a great area of land. Their favorite this year was the corn bin, the slides, and the different animals. I recommend planning for a few hours to see and do everything. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. I also love that this is an animal rescue/sanctuary.”

“Super fun! Went on see Santa day and fed a bunch of animals that were all very friendly and gentle. You can pay to get in cash or card but everything inside is cash only but they do have an ATM if you forget to bring cash which is convenient. The property is super well maintained and the people that come take care to keep trash in bins! WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES if you want to see everything you will walk a lot. Highly recommend for kids they have bounce houses and a lot of structures for kids to explore!”

“I’m a fairly new wheelchair user and Mother Nature’s Farm was the most ADA-friendly family spot we’ve found in Gilbert so far! The grounds were spotless and the walkway dirt was well-packed so I didn’t have to miss out on any of the fun with the littles. All the people were super friendly and I’m only sad we hadn’t visited sooner. We will certainly be back!”

“DONKEYS!!! Overall, the atmosphere and the scene are awesome. I saw alot of games for kids, which are fun. Haven’t tried the food or drinks there yet. The staff are friendly and super helpful when you asked directions. I was so into the animals I forgot the time. Also got to bring home one nice pumpkin 🎃.”

“We went in October for the pumpkin patch. They offer different events year around. Great time with the family. Only $15 to enter and this includes everything, even a tiny pumpkin, except food and drinks. Hayrides, slides, bouncy houses, animals to feed and mazes. I recommend if you like pumpkin patches.”

“This was our first pumpkin patch experience in Arizona. Honestly, my past experiences out of state were way better. The animal petting zoo area wasn’t as inviting. The ones I had been to allowed kids to enter the area with sheeps and goats so kids can actually enjoy the animals. Unfortunately no bunnies or baby chicks. We were expecting pony rides too but didn’t see that here either. My kids were really looking forward to seeing baby animals. They have a mini hay maze for little ones. The hayride would have been fun but they had technical issues. You can pay to get Face painting and balloon animals. Also, a small food shack offers hot dogs, nachos, soft drinks, cotton candy, candies, and snow cones, they only accept cash. You can pay with credit card for entrance fees, $10 for kids and $5 for adults. You also get a free mini pumpkin to take with you before leaving. My son enjoyed the slide the most! Gift shop has really cute stuff. I think overall it’s a great place to take fall pictures.”
