“Absolutely wonderful experience- will be returning if I have any more tech issues. The staff were knowledgeable, empathetic, VERY fast and friendly. They’re officially certified to repair Apple products and very affordable. I brought in my laptop to have the display replaced, and as soon as the part came in, the repair was completed and ready for pick up within a few hours. They also double checked the device after in front of me to ensure there weren’t any other additional things to repair on my 7 year old laptop (MUCH appreciated as it was a well loved laptop). My MacBook Pro runs like it’s brand new, again- and the display works perfectly (They sourced the official part). 10/10. I would refer friends to this business with confidence.”

“I have had the best experiences at this store. After the Apple store tried to rip me off and charge $750 to replace my keyboard, falsely claiming I had spilled liquid on it, The Orchard was able to correctly diagnose the problem which was just a small $13 part that needed to be replaced! Today I took my laptop in to have two keys replaced and the owner and tech working there were wonderful. Polite, entertaining and very competent, the tech had the keys replaced in probably close to five minutes. Just charged me the cost of the keys and a minimal labor cost. I won't take my MacBook Pro anywhere else.”

“The Orchard is such a wonderful find when an Apple product needs help. My sister has taken her phone to Sparky on several occasions after what she believed to have lost important info on her phone. Since she is unable to undertake stairs, Sparky has been so helpful with meeting her at my car and taking care of the issues. Customer service is far superior. Recently, I called Sparky to ask a question for my laptop and a dual monitor. He was kind enough to explain what needed to be completed in order for me to utilize a dual monitor. So THANK YOU, Sparky!!!”

“Great service and my computer was fixed in a couple hours. After Apple told me to do a complete wipe (which didn’t work) and then told me it was going to be a $$$ fix I decided to call The Orchard to see if they could do anything and the owner (David) told me to bring it in and he’ll look at it. A couple hours later and $100 my computer was up and running for about 1/5 of the cost Apple would charge me. Great customer service and great work, definitely recommend going here if you have Apple products!”

“The staff (Jared) is very friendly and efficient. I upgraded the software on my computer and also cleaned my computer and they were very quick and efficient. The prices are all reasonable and fair. I also purchased a new Macbook Pro at an excellent price( almost half off the regular price).. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for friendly and efficient service!!!!!”

“I brought my 2019 MacBook Pro in and Sparky was able to run diagnostics and fix the problem within the week for well under what the Apple store was asking. “Sparky was a little rude when he answered the phone. Asked him if they buy MacBooks he proceeds to say yes as long as they aren’t old told him what I have and he goes “now why you wanna sell an M4 MacBook Air” why does it matter, if I don’t use it why would I keep it when someone else can get good use out of it? Please don’t sell your MacBooks here… got offered $300 for a 2025 M4 MacBook Air and he hung up on me as soon as he offered that to me 🤣 what a joke. Update to his reply: if you are a business and you are not sure on buying something from someone because you think it’s stolen for future references just ask for proof of purchase. Never in my life would I try and sell a stolen Apple Product to a public place and him accusing me of that is wild to me. And yes I would have loved to return it to the place of purchase but unfortunately Best Buy does not allow me to return a product that is almost 1 years old. You never asked me what I want for it and as soon as you offered me $300 you hung up on me which was very rude. So yes I will keep my review up because this is the kind of business he is running.”
