“Awesome spot for an outdoor birthday party riverside. They are extremely polite and easy to work with too! Did a quaint little birthday party for my 6 year old with 24 total people on their river access and all the kids had so much fun wading around the water and swimming. Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable local outdoor space to host a birthday/occasion.”
“I had a picnic here with some friends. I had looked everywhere to find the perfect spot for us to spend the day, and was having no luck. Finally I found North River Farms, and wow! It was absolutely perfect. Picnic tables, trees for hammocks, a river for relaxing in and/or fishing... What a great day.”
“The owner, Jason Davis, is a great asset to our community, providing wholesome foods and family events at his farm. He is a good Christian man who always helps people in the community, and usually the people don't even have to ask, he just helps. He'd be a fantastic candidate for Mills River mayor!”
“Love Mills River Day. So much for the kids to do. Volunteers kept parking easy and tractors to bring you back and forth. Don’t come in a car with low clearance cause the field you park in is a little bumpy.”
“Mr. Davis the younger and his two helpers and their huge tractor came to my rescue on Saturday afternoon. I was stuck in the mud with my truck on n hills, and they came along and pulled me out. Thanks boys!”
“Enjoyed Mills River Day! Thank you for allowing this great event every year!”
“Good quality hay, very friendly folks”
“The kids had a blast!”
