Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in California.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Such a good fun place to bring the family and the kids. We really enjoyed the 2.5 hrs that we were there. Parking is free. I do recommend buying online tickets before arriving since cellphone signal (Verizon) can be spotty there. There are so many enjoyable activities for kids and adults to do here vs other Pumpkin patch places we've been to. They have mini-bike rides, water play, magnetic dart toss, ball toss, giant jumper, basketball, animal petting, playground, slides, and so much more. Everything is included in the ticket except for the tractor ride. This place has many shady sitting areas, clean restrooms, and hand washing stations. We'll definitely come back and totally recommend it.”

“We went to Recess at Oma’s Easter weekend which was furry farm friend theme. Kids got lost of time to pet, hold and interact with a variety of baby creatures. So cute! They’ve added a few things since our last trip. They always are investing. Looked like some addition seating and shade areas. There was an inflatable bounce farm that my kids loved. Other highlight was the feeding frenzy goat wall. They eat FAST. Would skip the mining activity unless it’s part of your ticket. It was fun but wouldn’t have been worth purchasing bags at $12+ a piece. All around fund afternoon with the family at Oma’s”

“I have been bringing my children here for years. Every year when summer hits they have whats called "recess" from April to august one weekend a month, the recess is about 3 days and each one has its own theme. The water says in july and august are the best weekends, however all of them are truly a blast. Most people assume they only have a pumpkin patch event every fall but the recess days are a hidden gem !!!! The food at the concession stand is great and they also have smoothies and frap coffees. So much fun for the whole family.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great time at Omas pumpkin patch! It’s the perfect place to take the kids. It’s so much fun and plenty to do for everyone. The atmosphere is festive, the staff are friendly, and everything is very family-friendly. The kids loved the jumpers, picking out their own pumpkins, and running around enjoying the fall vibes. Definitely a must-visit spot for families looking to make some great memories! 🎃👨👩👧👦”

“Good old-fashioned fun! So nice to have a laid-back place where kids can run around and have a great time doing traditional kids games and activities. Love the summer events & the pumpkin patch. The goat cobbler wall is hilariously fun as well as the jump-up pad, cotton seed hill & tricycle obstacle course. Love supporting a local family farm & highly recommend a visit!”

“This little old style park is so much fun. Kids love it. No long lines, unique experiences, reasonably priced food and food trucks. You can bring a lawn chair and your food too. They have picnic areas and wagons to transport your stuff from the parking lot. I highly recommend Oma’s.”
