Before you go

A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Oklahoma.

  • Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
  • Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
  • Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
  • Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

What visitors say

“Plenty of activities for the kiddos: hay bale play area with slides, a couple of fort areas with slides, bunnies to love on, various cattle, a tire swing, old fashioned merry-go-round and more. They have a little gift shop, complete with conscessions (also where to pay for pumpkins). I'd recommend going to feed/pet animals earlier in the evening (if you're going around the time we did, 1730-1930ish) - that way yall can see better, they didnt have lights out there. It got a little chilly the night we went, but it was wonderful to cozy up around a fire listening to live music from Southern Skies. Honestly.. it makes for a really sweet date night idea! 🥹🥹🥹 Oh & bring a flashlight to find your way back to the car if you stay until they close. Pretty dark out there.”

“Had a great time. We came on a Thursday. It was so laid back and chill. Prices were good and the same as on their website. We paid ahead, walked up, and got our stuff with no trouble. You can hand feed all the animals except the ponies. It was $45 for 2 adults, 1 kid, a baby, 1 pony ride and 1 animal food. Its a bit of a drive but was worth it.”

“Love this place! Everyone is always nice and welcoming. They are reasonably priced. Lots of animals to pet and feed. Awesome hay ride! The maze is fun and the kids have lots of areas to play and run. We have been here a couple of times and definitely plan on coming back! Would highly recommend for a few hours out of the house.”

“Always a fun place for the family! We tried Chester’s Party Barn last year, but we decided Parkhurst is our favorite! So much to do! Petting zoo, pony rides, hay ride, bouncy house, corn maze, hay bails to climb on, tree swings, roast marshmallows and hot dogs, etc. We have enjoyed this place year after year.”

“Our favorite pumpkin patch! We have been coming to Parkhurst for the past decade. They add new things every year: a favorite were the highland cows this year. Highly recommend!”

“Attended the Route 66 Balloon Festival at Parkhurst Pumpkin Patch ~ a beautiful oasis 💗 of countryside beauty, so close to the OKC metroplex ~ Good folks!”

“GO NOW!! Before the season is over. A place suitable for your littles!! Lots of activities and a great store to get some of your favorites.”

“Great experience. Went on a Sunday which was busy but there was plenty to do so you were never bored. $10 to get in and you leave with a mini pumpkin. This was our 2nd year coming. It's a little drive from where we live in the city but worth it. We spent about 3hrs there and still could find things to do. Went as a family with a kids of all ages.”
