What you can pick
In October, check what’s currently ripe before you go. Seasons below are typical windows for Vermont, not a guarantee for this exact farm.
Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Vermont.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Payment notes on file: Mastercard. Cash still helps at smaller stands.

“We wanted to go strawberry picking but we were not expecting the scale of this farm. It's huge and the land is so beautiful. The farm stand has more than just strawberries and we ended up leaving with the strawberries we picked, tomatoes, peaches and some apple cider donuts. Everything we got was delicious and we loved the experience of walking through the fields and picking the strawberries!!! Great for people of all ages!”

“I am handicapped at this time and parked near the vegetable stand. I asked for help and all three times I was there, the worker was very willing to deliver the produce to my truck. Outstanding selection of very healthy produce. The apple pie was the very best I have ever had. This place is a gem of a farm stand.”

“Quite a lovely place to go for fresh strawberry, blueberry and raspberry picking. Blueberries are about 5-6 dollars a pound which is way better than 5-6 dollars a pint at the grocery store (and you get to have fun with your friends and family)”

“Nice small place to pick your own. We did raspberries and blueberries, and the bushes are an easy walk from the parking area. Lots of other fruits and veggies at the farm stand and baked goods as well as drinks.”

“The farm is beautiful but the person at the register was very unfriendly towards us. She never told us where to go to find good strawberries but we heard her telling other customers after we came back. We saw her putting other people’s picked strawberries in the fridge but she didn’t seem too keen to do that for us. We had to ask her to do that. Even my kids noticed that and questioned it. I brought my parents who are visiting us from out of US but was little disappointed with the whole experience.”
