“Loved my visit here! Peifer Orchards offers berry and apple picking. I just went apple picking and it was such a nice time. Quiet and easy to do. You walk back from the apple picking to a barn full of locally grown fruits and veggies as well as baked goods and treats! They have a pumpkin patch in the fall. The location is also great because they're just outside of Yellow Springs - immediately next to other amazing spots like Young's Dairy, Yellow Springs sunflower patch, and Stoney Creek Garden Center. 💛”
“Despite this orchard being smaller than most and a walk needed to get to the apples, it was a really beautiful experience. The apples are APPLEsolutely delicious. The scenery was beautiful. And a bonus - berries to pick! We will definitely return, even if not for picking, but for more amazing produce and pies from the market. Cheers!”
“I really liked this large scale fruit stand. The selection was very good and the large number of pumpkins and gourds was impressive. The inside was spacious and well organized. Everything looked fresh and good. They had a nice selection of jellies and jams...many of which can't be found in Kroger's.”
“Excellent fresh vegetables and fruits and now that it is harvest season, the pumpkins where great too with large variety. Great staff too. There are some very good spreads, honey, sauces etc available too. Good parking area closer to the corn farms. Pleasant area.”
“A lovely mom and pop place. The vegetables are amazing, especially the tomatoes. There are so many goodies it is hard to only choose one or two jams and jellies. This place is a treat and I will be back at least every couple weeks to restock.”
“Love the fresh produce! They have a good variety of veggies, fruits, breads, etc. I feel safer buying what I can from there, instead of the chain grocery stores. And, it all tastes better! Staff is really friendly and helpful as well!”
