“We try to stop by the Olympia Farmer's Market almost every week for their fresh and flavorful oysters. We buy them in the shell to shuck at home, but the people at the stand buying them on the half shell always look so thrilled with their oysters, too. There are usually a few different varieties, all of them are top quality and tasty. The smaller tumbled ones have deep cups and are easier to shuck and eat, but the larger Pacifics are just as yummy and can be grilled, steamed, or baked as well as eaten raw. These oysters are so good we don't put anything on them, just shuck raw, and eat them straight up. I recently tried a lot of oysters in different regions of France and while they were all delicious in their own way, I kept thinking our PNW oysters really have something really special going for them, a unique flavor from the "merroir" of the Puget Sound. And a bonus is that their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I'll likely be back next week for more oysters!”

“The Oyster Boys MADE our wedding! We were looking for an oyster station during cocktail hour at our wedding and they delivered! They worked with us to design the station to our needs and offered multiple different options for how they dressed to match the vibe of our wedding. They offered all the toppings, too! The oysters were delicious beyond compare and the guests are still talking about them 5 months later. Our only regret is not ordering more oysters! Communication with them was super easy, they were on time, and super easy to work with. 100% recommend booking them for your next event!”

“I've been eating oysters my whole life growing up on the puget sound. I have always had amazing raw and grilled oysters from Perkins Family Farms, and am glad to see them expanding their restaurant portfolios. I've been able to enjoy them from more and more places around Seattle. The tide tumbled Cliff Point Petit's are perfect for shucking and enjoying raw. The tide tumbling helps with the shucking process and they form these deep cups. They have amazing texture and flavor. I highly reccomend this farms oysters.”

“Great oysters and kind people! Fresh and tasty! What an unexpected surprise to find fresh oysters at the farmers market. The best part was that they shucked them right there on the spot, making it an extra special experience. As visitors from out of state, this was such a fun and memorable treat. Highly recommend stopping by if you get the chance!”

“We enjoyed their oysters at Packwood Brewing over the labor day weekend. The services was outstanding despite the heat. They were professional and the oysters were 2nd to none. Keep up the great work!”

“Incredible oysters, and super nice farmers! They helped me out with some birthday oysters earlier this year, and if you see their oysters on a menu, you know they'll be good!”

“Please do not choose Perkins Family Farm Oyster Boys for catering weddings. They confirmed the menu and details 5 months before the event, then they cancelled 1 month before the wedding. They said they can't commit to prior obligations because they opened a restaurant. I understand that opening a restaurant is difficult, but it was very unprofessional to not follow through and cancelling last minute.”

“Awful customer service at the farmers market. The guy working was extremely rude to my nephew and I. If you acutally want yummy oysters without the attitude Chelseas Oyster Bar is the BEST place for that”
