Plain Ol' Pumpkins

“Fun, fall hang out filled with a bit for everyone. The little kids get to burn off lots of energy and the big kids can hang out and sip their favorite drink and/or enjoy their snack. There are plenty of photo op spots and they even have a fire pit you can use to make delicious s’mores. Worry not. They sell s’mores kits. The variety of pumpkins ready for picking and the pre-picked pumpkins are beautiful and there’s a pumpkin for everyone. There’s ample parking, the square footage of the entire location is astronomical. Even with a lot of people there at the same time, it doesn’t feel crowded. We really enjoyed our visit. We’re second-year visitors.”

“Such a great pumpkin patch in North Iowa! They have so many activities for families, you can pick your own pumpkin from a huge variety (or grab some pre picked ones), a hay ride, corn maze, and a small shop for food and drinks, and restrooms. They usually have a coffee truck the entire season and a different food truck every weekend. You could spend an hour there or most of a day. Saturday morning seems to be the least busy if you want to avoid crowds, but even then there is a lot of space to move around. Great family-owned local patch worth visiting!”

“Where do I start??? From parking to check in, we were very excited to see what was around the corner. I am impressed with how clean this was. So many fun games that our kids ran to. Excellent pumpkin choices, very friendly staff at each stop. We will tell everybody and your gem and continue coming back for years to come!!! Even after a Vikings win, our day got better!!! 😀”

“I was out enjoying the fall weather and although the patch was closed at the time. I received a call later this afternoon responding to the note I left on the door requesting a pumpkin. I was able to buy 2 wonderful pumpkins at a reasonable price by weight, even though the business was not officially open. Thank you!”
