“I visited the Puyallup Farmers Market last weekend and had such a great experience. It’s a vibrant market packed with local vendors offering everything from fresh produce and seafood to flowers, handmade goods, and unique crafts. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re shopping, browsing, or just enjoying the atmosphere. The large section of food trucks is a huge plus—plenty of options to grab a bite while you walk around. It’s also a great outing for families, couples, or even a solo weekend stroll. The market itself includes a kids’ park and splash park on-site, located just a couple of blocks north of the Puyallup Fairgrounds along Meridian—making it especially fun and convenient for families. Bonus: it’s pet-friendly too. Overall, it’s a great way to spend a few hours outdoors and support local vendors. The market runs from 9 AM to 2 PM—definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.”

“Saturday from 9am - 2pm only. Excellent Farmers Market. Better than federal way. It is beside a public library, a large playground, and a play fountain. There's two street filled with vendors, a covered space in the middle with more vendors and a food trucks in the back with sitting. Huge farmers market making it worth your while. It is also a couple blocks away from Washington State fair. I highly recommend this farmers market, tons of crops, beautiful bouquet of flowers, hand made arts, honey, clothing, baby stuff, garden decors, plants etc. You'll love it here!”

“Best Farmer's Market I've gone to so far...a lot bigger than I expected. Lots of fun !! Family friendly. And street parking was very available. There was live music and numerous vendors selling different products. Some were providing free samples. There's a food court area with everything to eat from kettle corn to vegetarian. I tried a dish called plov from the country of Uzbekistan and it was really good.”

“Great farmers market with a large selection of delicious food to eat, and fresh produce to buy. There is all sorts of vendors, you'll find whatever you'll be looking for. EDIT: Came here again nearly 3 years later, from 2021, to 2024. Still a fantastic market with beautiful fragrant bouquets, fresh fruit, vegetables, honey, seafood, and even mushrooms.”

“Great atmosphere. Good vendors all around. Nice little variety of food to homemade crafts. The vendors I bought things from where able to answer questions. Food was good as well. Lite music from the band was nice as well”

“9/10 rating there are a lot of people who don’t have very good dog manners who make things hard for people”

“This market is a wonderful way to support & shop small, local businesses. I recommend going early in the morning at opening, otherwise you'll be navigating the heavy crowds. Pretty much every vendor accepts cards, which is convenient instead of carrying cash. There is a large playground in the middle that allows little ones to burn energy in a safe environment.”

“I see some real potential here; it’s like a diamond in the rough (spoiler alert: you’re going to pay diamond prices). This is a MASSIVE farmers’ market with plentiful crafts stalls and food trucks. There were also a few meat and produce vendors, though not the quantity you’d expect from a market this large. Perhaps this will change as the season progresses. Most (if not all) of the booths are setup in a large park in downtown Puyallup, which is both good and bad. It’s very pretty and there’s a lot of grass, but the pathways are narrow and VERY crowded at certain choke points. We considered putting down a deposit on a $19 burrito (seriously. $19… for a burrito…) or a small bunch of conventional kale that was double the organic price at a grocery store; but instead we went to Out and About Burger and fed the whole family for the same price. I don’t know why or when the farmers’ markets in Washington got so expensive (prices have DEFINITELY grown faster than inflation). But for now I’ll stick with my organic Safeway produce. Maybe one day I’ll win the lottery and will finally be able to afford to eat local.”
