What you can pick
In October, check what’s currently ripe before you go. Seasons below are typical windows for Idaho, not a guarantee for this exact farm.
Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Idaho.
- Check whether this stop is a stand, orchard tour, or full farm experience before you arrive.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“I was feeling like we hadn’t done enough quintessential summer activities as the school year quickly approaches and was trying to think of something we could do in an hour or two, near home, on a Sunday evening. I called and asked if it would be ok to come pick blueberries at a time they aren’t normally open for picking and he was more than accommodating. He made himself available, was super helpful and kind to my kids. The blueberries were delicious and incredibly affordable! I highly recommend stopping by”

“The absolute most wonderful experience blueberry picking with my friends and our kiddos!! The sweet couple who runs it is so kind!! A top tradition every summer now. They don’t spray their blueberries either, and the beauty of the little blueberry farm is a favorite morning activity. We promptly went home and made blue berry muffins. Highly recommend!!”

“Such a great local berry picking spot! I try to go every week through the season for both blueberries and blackberries. It’s well maintained and has quality berries. The owner, Robert, is so nice and knowledgeable. I love to support him. Prices are also reasonable. Highly recommend!”

“An easygoing and pleasant experience! You'll want to go earlier in the morning before it starts warming up outside and parking gets difficult. The owners are very kind and will tell you everything you need to know, and there's no entry fee either - you only pay for what you pick.”
