A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in New York.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Arrive earlier in the day for cooler weather and better selection during peak weekends.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Absolutely phenomenal experience! They offer other u-pick produce depending on the season (At the time of this review, we went for pumpkins) but their Facebook page is always updated with what's currently in season. A very kind young lady assisted us the entire time we were there, and their prices are sooooo affordable. We got 4 small pumpkins for $12 and we were so pleased! I would absolutely come back here for other events, and I can't wait to tell my friends about this place! One thing, CASH ONLY!!!!! So have cash on hand!”
“Lots of pumpkins to choose from both white and orange. Great prices. Remember your boots if it’s been raining!!”
