“My family drove 2 hours to visit this farm, as it is one of the only farms in Western Washington that offers organic u-pick. I was so happy to find that this farm is what I’d call “better than organic” - the owner is passionate about biodiversity and water conservation, similar to the dry farming practices on vineyards throughout Europe. Americans are so accustomed to obsessively maintained and overworked conventional farms that a farm that opts for nature to do the bulk of the work may look rustic (which I love) , but that’s really the point of a bio diverse farm- stewarding the land gently & allowing the ecosystem to flourish and do it’s job. When you know the impact these holistic farming practices have on all of us and the land, you see the immense beauty in the tall grass & “weeds”, the blemishes on the apples, the bugs here and there. This farm is the real deal organic operation - it is small, diverse, and connected - right down to the owner wanting to chat face to face with his customers & share his farming knowledge. People aren’t used to any of this anymore, and this shows in the few negative reviews here. So if you’re passionate about farming that is gentle on the environment to create food that is nutritious and gentle on the body, this is the place to u-pick. This is a beautiful, delightfully rustic, kid friendly farm with chickens running about, delicious apples to enjoy, and a staff that is interested and friendly to them. I will make this drive again, without a doubt!”

“This place was great! So many different options for picking fruit, plus helpful people to guide those of us who don’t know much about the whole process. I was happy to pay the entrance fee because I didn’t have to worry about my kids tasting new things while out in the field - it’s encouraged here! And we did end up tasting quite a few things, which was really fun.”

“The farm is lovely, with many varieties of grapes, flowers and apples, plus some fruits and berries I had never tried before. We really enjoyed our time there—the kids had fun exploring the machines and the old bus. We paid about $130 for two buckets filled with assorted fruits.”

“We had a great experience at the farm today, the fruits are not sprayed with pesticides but with clay which is not harmful to humans. The fruits taste delicious! We also got to see some chickens and played with the sweet kitty named Olive! 🍏🍎🍇🍅”

“We did blueberry picking here, but they had a lot of fruits. Cherries, Josta berries, apple (still young when we went), grape wines. They just didn’t tell us that there’s going to be an entry fee and we were caught off guard when that showed up in the bill at the end! Bought a couple of plants too!”

“Delicious apples! Staff welcomes you and explains you what to pick and how to pick which is great. Parking is not great, see picture. Entrance is $5 for adult and $3 for kids. Whatever you pick is $3 per pound. Everything is organic. Farm is raw and peaceful, not packed. They have grapes (not ready yet), apples, pears, blueberries. Staff on property is not wearing masks.”

“This place was not only a junk yard / hazard waiting to happen with the piles of junk, wood, and stuff all over. The property is littered with random trailers and equipment. No safety measure taken at all! When we went there were NO RIPE FRUIT!! the website was not accurate about what they have and we were incredibly disappointed. To charge an entrance fee when it is such slim pickings to find anything edible is ridiculous. Go to any other U pick farm for a better experience.”

“Charge an entrance fee per person even if you don’t pick anything. Nothing much to pick yet, too early and 95% of the blueberries were green. Most cherries were small and not ripened yet. Didn’t go home with anything but got charged $5 per person! Not worth it! Also very limited parking.”
