“I have been picking strawberries here for 6 years. I start calling their vm in May and then at some point they update the vm with the opening date. They will get picked clean that day and then will open a week or two later with the second picking. 85 cents a pound! That's half of what you pay at Sauvie Island. The owners are incredibly friendly and so sweet to all my kids. I really enjoy seeing Mr. & Mrs. Sleight senior and his kids and grandkids. The fields are huge and they offer little buckets to use while in the field (though you need to bring something of your own to take home the berries). Great place, great people, yummy berries.”
