“This was my first time stopping by the State Farmers Market in Raleigh, right after winter, so the produce selection was understandably lighter than peak season. Still, we picked up some really nice strawberries and a few fresh veggies that were tasty and clearly local. The place has a cool, authentic vibe with plenty of vendors and shops to explore. I can already tell it’ll be amazing once the weather warms up and everything’s in full swing. We’ll definitely be back soon to experience the full bounty and support local farmers more. Highly recommend checking it out!”

“Visited the State Farmers Market with my family and was overwhelmed with the number and variety of vendors! PLUS the variety of fresh produce and plants were amazing. The highlights included: the elements for tonight’s family dinner (fresh fish, produce and fruit), “goodies” at the German bakery AND Korean bakery (for dessert and breakfast tomorrow), the sit down brunch at the restaurant and ended with an iced latte from the 3-2-1 Coffee. Amazing. Highly recommend the total experience!”

“The farmers market was amazing, the country restaurant right there was definitely not as enjoyable. The drinks were wrong, the fries were cold, the chicken sandwich is a whole different post, fried chicken was overcooked. I recommend going to the market and get some spices just try the seafood restaurant instead.”

“Great place to go get local food from wonderful farmers. It can get hot so dress appropriately. Most places accept cash and card. There's a huge variety of fruits, vegetables, breads, juices and flowers and plants. It's a good place to slow down and enjoy.”

“Excellent farmers market in Raleigh. Good selection of vendors - especially good plant options during the Spring. The home cooking and seafood restaurants both have tasty options. Definitely worth the visit if you're in the Raleigh area.”

“Well obviously my mom had a great time lol. Cool place to walk around and I ended up buying 2 of the cigar box guitars. One for mom and one for my son. You can find some some nice looking vegetables too. Parking is pretty good.”

“All I can say is, "Umm, umm, good!" The customer service was great. I apologize for the sloppy looking plates, but when you try it..... you'll understand. Oh and the biscuits...... made to perfection.”

“Place is great for plants and vegetables. We cat some plants, apples, sweet potatoes 3 different kinds, beets, lettuce, apple butter and all other goodies. Even had cat nip for my cats!”
