Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in California.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“FANTASTIC! Best produce you can get in Anaheim. It's an old school roadside produce stand. Extremely friendly gentleman at the stand hooked us up with a lot of produce for the best price you can find in Anaheim or really anywhere in the O.C. He was literally sorting out strawberries that had just been picked. You can't get fresher than that. I will definitely be going back to get more produce. Bring cash to make things quick and easy. The parking is a small dirt lot behind a fence so make sure you pull into the right area for parking. Just look for the little red shack parking will be just after that. Go to the strawberry festival in Garden Grove for the crowds and rides come here down the street in Anaheim for the best strawberries.”

“This is an absolute must if you are in the area for Disneyland! They grow the strawberries onsite behind this stand. These are such amazing strawberries!! The price is better than the grocery store too. The people that run this stand are also super friendly.”

“The best strawberries I have ever had, honestly. The gentleman who helped me was extremely polite and very nice to myself and my family. The strawberries are all very big and picked at the right time.”

“Great farm-fresh fruits. I bought beautiful and delicious strawberries. There were peaches, lemons, oranges, mangoes, apples, strawberries, and I think a couple more.”

“The strawberries seemed a little over priced but I would have been fine buying them but the man was not wearing a mask and had signs up for customers to wear a mask. We did have our masks on and I could see he was by himself which is fine but it would be nice if a customer approaches his stand for him to put on a mask as he sees them walking up to make the customer feel more safe; yes its outside but I am waiting for surgery and decided to leave and go to another farm about 7 miles away to purchase. I gave a 3 star because the man seemed very nice but it is a low rating because of what I stated above.”

“It took us a long time to get here and there was no one present when we got to the stand, it says there open but they aren’t. Don’t waste your time coming here.”
