Traveled 60 miles to exchange item for larger size and could not find one, asked for a refund and was told we could be upset but she didn't care... She was extremely rude and all we asked for was a refund.. train your employees to be kind and understanding, or shut your doors... Certainly calling the manager on this one and got a picture of this less than nice employee”
