“Had wonderful time yesterday at Sunberry Orchard’s Harverst park🍓 It honestly felt like being at my mom’s garden back home. So cozy and real. The strawberries were SO good — super sweet and fresh. I was literally picking and eating them straight from the bushes. You can really see they take care of everything there, everything looks clean and well done. Cherries and raspberries were also amazing. Everything tasted super fresh and natural, for me it’s really organic! What I loved most is the whole vibe there. It’s not like you just go to a store and buy fruit someone picked for you. You actually see how it grows, you pick it yourself, and it feels like you’re just outside in nature, away from everything. Highly recommend 🌿”

“We just had the greatest experience apple picking! The farm had tons of animals that our children enjoyed seeing. There were plenty of apples to pick and they were delicious. One thing to be aware of, is that google maps populates 2 different addresses, we did have a little trouble finding the farm. You should input the address listed on their website. But once we found it, we were greeted by the kind people who own and run the farm. And an extra bonus for us is that it wasn’t crowded. Our family loved it! Our kids had such a special experience. Be prepared to walk uneven paths to get to the fields, it was no problem for us. Just something to be aware of if you are traveling with a stroller or maybe older family members!”

“The strawberries are very tasty, they smell delicious, you need to arrive early to have time to pick the berries, as there are people. Strawberries are a little expensive, $8 small basket, $20 large. The parking lot is not very well maintained; there is a lot of dirt after the rain.”

“Went to this farm as part of the McHenry county farm stroll. So extremely disappointed after seeing the horses. They were not cared for properly. There feet were in terrible shape, looked very painful and their manes were filled with burrs. Just cut their hair... It's not that hard. I wish I would've seen this before buying apples. Much of the farm was blocked off with caution tape which left me wondering what else was going on here. The "end slaughterhouse" signs across the street definitely don't give you a good feeling either.”
