“I spent part of my Halloween 2025 here and had such a fantastic time. The whole goal was to go on a hay ride and drink hot apple cider and I did so much more than that! I was thrilled to find out that you were able to go and pick your own pumpkin from the pumpkin patch (prices depends on size and quantity). For everything that I picked from the patch and the few extra things like the dry corn bundle I spent $30 which wasn't bad considering how much I got. A bag that you could fill for$12 that had all my squash and tiny pumpkins in it, a bundle of dried corn for $7, and 8 medium to small pumpkins . Only other cost was entry fee and concession items all together that was about $20 I spent with that. I had a s'mores kit which I shared with others, hot apple cider, hot chocolate, and multiple times to do the corn shooting game. After roasting marshmallows and making s'mores by the fire, took some pictures, bounced on the inflatable jack-o'-lantern, and headed to the pumpkin patch before it got dark. Found so many beautiful pumpkins and squash. They provided wagons and cutters and you could spend as much or as little time as you wanted finding the perfect pumpkin for you. They have a big variety of different kinds as well so I was pleasantly surprised to find more than your typical traditional orange pumpkin but they certainly had those as well. After that I paid for my items and then took them to my vehicle and returned to have more fun. Tried my best at the corn shooting game and luckily the deer didn't come until after I was done. Got to listen to music, take more pictures, and go on the hay ride. Finished the night watching an incredible sunset and got to chat with some nice people while I was there. They had other things to do while there for the younger ones with different play zones and lots of fun for the whole family. In the picture that has the pumpkins, scarecrows, and things as decoration I posted this picture so you can get an idea of what I got while I was there and you can see the variety and value. Everything except for the 4 biggest pumpkins (I got these from the grocery store before visiting), the hay(came from a hobby store), scarecrows (dollar tree find), and pinecones (my neighbors yard I asked before gathering) came from Sunshine Shelly's pumpkin patch.”

“My husband and I took our seven month old to Sunshine Shelly’s as his first pumpkin patch this year. We spent a good while playing on all the activities they had set up for kiddos before we even ventured over to the pumpkin patch. I was a little confused however, because I thought it was a “U-pick” patch, but all they had were orange pumpkins lined up right at the front of the field. We got a cute little pumpkin for our son and as we were walking out of the field the owner intercepted us. He was very nice and asked if it was our first season out to his patch, we said yes, and he told us he had a crop failure this year. His normal “cut them right off the vine” pumpkins had to be replaced with store bought pumpkins last minute due to a squash bug infestation. At $0.40/pound, the prices of his pumpkins were still better than most you would find anywhere else! Even with a 7 month old, we were still able to spend over an hour exploring all the different things they had set up! It’s well worth a trip, even if you don’t end up buying a pumpkin, (but you should because they were good quality and way affordable)!”

“Kiddos had so much fun. Loved the deer corn pit! There was lots of fun stuff for the kiddos. Big kid slide, a ship play place, hay ride and train ride, corn shooter game, and the inflatable was HUGE! Lots of cute gifts in the little shop area. Not too many pumpkins this year. Last year they had a HUGE pumpkin patch that you could pick and cut your own. Definitely a fun time for the whole family!”

“Highly recommended. Well spaced out to avoid crowding. Great stuff for all ages and sizes. Hay rides, trailer barrel rides, slides, jungle gym, bouncy stuff. Toddler area with lots of things. Owners run and operate. Great people and assistance. Will add better pics next time.”

“First time going ,good place to get pumpkins. They had a buuuuunch to choose from different sizes, shapes,colors.Worse then shopping for a car trying to pick one. So we left with 5”

“Went for our first today. Was a little hot. But if it wasn't hot my kids and my friends kids would have loved staying from open to close no problem. Very friendly Goat!”

“Took the hay ride only to see trash everywhere. Pool noodles, garbage, metal. Went to the concession stand and there was a baby (maybe six months old) inside laying on the concrete half on and half off a receiving blanket, being stepped over by employees. Went under the cover at the picnic tables and they had trash overflowing out of the trash can onto the ground. I should have taken a picture. It appears they are purchasing the pumpkins and reselling them. I didn’t go to pick any but am wondering after reading other reviews if they are just setting them out in the field. The ones we did see coming from the field were green. So much potential, but whoever is running this doesn’t seem to care.”

“Came here a few years back and it was great, however went today and it was terrible. No pumpkins in the patch except for decaying ones. Patch is so overgrown with big stickers you can barely walk through even the paths. We were excited than terribly disappointed. The worst part is they took our money knowing the state of their grounds.”
