“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A place that truly lives up to its name! AppleWorks was such a treat! The apples are absolutely delicious; crisp, sweet, and so many varieties to choose from. The apple butter is incredible too. The whole place has that cozy, welcoming feel that makes you want to stay awhile. But what really sets AppleWorks apart is the people. I accidentally left my bag behind in all my excitement over the animals (which were adorable, by the way!). A kind man found it, turned it in, and even messaged me on Facebook to make sure it got back to me. When I returned the next day, every single employee was genuinely relieved for me. They had checked my ID, realized I was visiting from Austin, and were determined to find me; calling my credit cards, posting on Facebook, doing everything they could to help. And I have to give a special shout-out to Brenda.. she was amazing! So friendly, full of apple wisdom, and absolutely hilarious. She made us feel like old friends. If you’re looking for a place that’s not only full of good food and fun but also full of good-hearted people, AppleWorks is it. 🍎❤️ Thank you so much!”

“Went today with the preschool for my granddaughter. They took them on a tour through the building where the apples are sorted, the baking room and the chill room. My grand loved it!! They had a wagon ride, food to feed the animals and a snack of an apple cake and apple cider! She played in the treehouse and on their playground. It was a wonderful day!”

“This is a beautiful place to go and get some apple cider, homemade fudge and go for a stroll in nature! There is a lovely bridge over a pond that has trails through the woods. There is a really nice apple orchard and shop as well. There is really a lot to explore and do here. I highly recommend it.”

“It was a great day, weather cooperated for us! Took our 2 yr old grandson and he enjoyed seeing the animals. Prices were decent on the goodies inside and the ladies gave us a little history about the property & how it works. Best of all, my grandson got a toy Skool Bus that he adores”

“I have to say! Is a beautiful place. 4 hrs came up super fast. And I think we still have things to saw. Prices are good. Have good parkings. I just enjoy this. My daughter love it and have so much fun. Just half hour from Greenwood. I'm going to go again with my husband. 😍”

“A Disappointing Day at Apple works Apple works once promised a delightful escape, but our recent visit left us feeling underwhelmed. On a sunny Sunday morning, the park was bustling with visitors, yet the parking situation was a chaotic mess. Cars were parked far from the entrance, leading to a long and inconvenient walk. The park's offerings for children were limited and disappointing. The once-popular zip lines were missing, and the train, though charming, was too small to accommodate the large crowd. With only three wagons, many families were left waiting in line or unable to enjoy the ride at all. The shops, while numerous, lacked variety and creativity. The merchandise was repetitive and overpriced, offering little incentive to purchase. The Scottish band provided a pleasant touch, but it couldn't make up for the overall lack of excitement. The food options were also underwhelming. The apple slushies were excessively sweet, and prices across the board were unreasonably high. The food trucks, while a decent option, offered a limited selection and were overpriced for the quality. Due to these shortcomings, it's unlikely that we will return to Apple Works in the future. A day at the park should be a fun and memorable experience, but our visit was anything but.”

“This place has gone down hill since the new owners took over. They no longer grown pumpkins. 2 years ago we went out into the pumpkin fields only to find they bought pumpkins and randomly placed them around the field. This year I hear they are charging for parking, when it barely existed before. Very disappointing in the new experience, we used to love going to this place with the old owners.”
