Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Texas.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Laid back family run farm. 🌾 We met up with other friends from my son's kindergarten class. A PERFECT place for 5 year olds to run and play up and down the rows of pumpkins, interact with a variety of farm animals at the petting/feeding barn, and problem solve their way out of the hay maze. 🐄 It was also fun to see them hunt for their perfect pumpkin to take home. 🎃 We will have to come back again after Thanksgiving to shop again in their store. They had a lot of great trinket toys that would be perfect for stocking staffers at Christmas.”

“My daughter came home for the wknd from college and had this place in mind to visit. It was such a pleasure, the country store had so many fun options and the property was beautiful. You get so much for the price, a pumpkin, hayride, maze, cup of feed for the animals. We will definitely visit again.”

“There is so much to do for everyone. We first took pictures in the pumpkin patch. They provide you with a cup of pet food to feed the animals. My husband loved it. The hayride had so much seating. The haystack maze was much. At the end we got to pick out a pumpkin. This place is a hidden gem”

“It's a great farm with lots of farm animals, pumpkin patch, little train ride and a big hayride. It was a lovely experience for us to get to feed the cows and goats. Play with them. Hayride is great fun. Also picking pumpkin was fun. Definitely a place to bring kids or do fall photoshoots.”

“It's a nice farm with animals you can pet and feed if you paid for admission. The small pumpkins aren't included with your ticket on weekends but if you want them, they charge $2 for them. They also have a very small maze. Plus, there's a Tender Smokehouse inside the building.”
