“So, I bought a jar while picking up some milk at the hardware store and saw this adorable honey jar. Being a sucker for local honey, I spent the $16. That's a decent price, bit I couldn't get the jar open. I commented about it in a review not thinking it was a big deal when I got a video frpm the owner sent to my phone of how to open it and a follow up call in the morning with a sweet as pie woman named Amanda apologizing profusely. She explained that they bought a few jars that had a reaction and some of them were hard to open, she wants to make it right and will be happy to replace it. I think maybe should be the one apologizing for the review, this kind of care and customer service is rare and refreshing. I don't think that she is to concerned about business or reviews, i think she is lore concerned about her product output. I paid $16 for beautiful honey, but I received priceless care and service ♥️”
“Amanda came and removed a hive from my parents house. The process was totally hands off for us & we’re so happy to know the bees went somewhere they’ll be loved - rather than our backyard! 😅 Such a sweet family. Highly recommend using them for removals or buying honey from them too!”
“We had a massive Bumble bee nest take over our backyard. A friend recommended Amanda and Joshua. They are awesome! Same day I called was the same day I got my calm back. My serenity. My backyard! And the bumble bees, a new home. THANK YOU!! SO MUCH!”
“Amanda came to the house & took care of a big swarm of bees that I wanted nothing to do with. She’s exceptional at what she does! She also has a book that I bought that my wife absolutely loved! Highly recommend!”
“Amanda and Joshua were wonderful! They quickly and safely removed the bees that had taken lodging in our tree. They came the same day we called. If you find some bees and don’t know what to do, give them a call.”
“Amanda and Joshua were fantastic! They were quick to respond and had a great removal rate. Super professional and really knowledgeable. Highly recommend!”
“She did a great job and it didn’t take long at all. Watching the bees find a new home was one of the most amazing experiences for me!”
“These guys were amazing. Our hive was sneaky and it took some work to find it but they did! Would highly recommend!”
