Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in California.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“best haunted experience we had in a looong time ! Our ticket slot was from 7 to 10, we went around 6 to enjoy the pumpkin patch before it was nighttime. The pumpkin patch space is pretty small but there’s really not a lot of people so it was plenty enough space for everyone. There’s tons of cute pumpkins, some cute games and activities. There’s also a tent where the entrance of the haunted pumpkin patch is, and inside the tent you have the most adorable little shop ever. Tons of little goodies and homemade stuff as well as popcorn, hot dogs and drinks (hot chocolate, sodas, water..) if you’re getting hungry. Now, onto the haunted pumpkin patch. 10/10 experience ! They make you wait inside the tent on a private space where you wait with the other ticket holders for the haunted experience. They let you go by groups. We were group number 6 and we waited maybe 20 min. They just wanna make sure it’s not overcrowded inside and that everyone goes at a reasonable pace. We finally went in and we were SO impressed by the quality of the props, the amount of different “rooms”, different universes… The actors would randomly pop in to scare you and it was actually pretty scary. I screamed a good amount of times. We were going a bit slow cause we were admiring all the details and the actors would start chasing us to give us a hint we should go a bit faster, it was really funny. We didn’t see any other groups while we were in because they make sure everyone go at a good space to not slow everyone else, which was great! It made the experience 100 times better. The walk through the haunted pumpkin patch probably took us a good 15 minutes -might have been longer- with all the different spaces and all the props and details to look at. Anyways, for something that is local, with not a huge amount of budget, it’s so much better than a lot of other places we’ve been to. Congrats to all the people working there, the actors, the vendors, it’s an AMAZING experience. I was just so so so impressed with the quality. Thank you for this great experience, we can wait to be back next year as they told us they add stuff every year !”

“Absolutely amazing experience! The people are so nice and the atmosphere is the perfect blend of a welcoming, family friendly fall feeling and just the right amount of spooky Halloween. The haunted house is... I don't even have words for how impressive it is and it only gets better every year! I've been going every year for the last few years and I will definitely keep going and supporting this amazing family! Also the pumpkins are the best I've ever seen, I always end up buying way more than I should or need.”

“My wife and I went for the first time tonight and had a great time! First we were greeted by a very nice man explaining everything to us. There was a huge selection of unique pumpkins/squash for a crazy good price. We bought tickets online for the haunted house, but I don't think that it was neccesary. A haunted house isn't something I thought I would like, but they put so much work and effort into it and it was awesome! Would 100 percent recommend!”

“Great pumpkin patch with all shapes and sizes of pumpkin. Games for all ages.places to rest for us older folk and a cute shp with all thinks Halloween, even snacks. If you go through the haunted barn you'll be spooked day or night, but beware the gobblins only come out at night. This has been a traditional family spot for the past few years we have enjoyed watching the additions and improvements each year. Check it out if you DARE!”
