What visitors say

5 reviews on file · showing 2 visitor notes from the listing data.

“The BEST heirloom tomatoes and sweet peppers at the Downtown Bloomington Farmers Market. So thankful they have become a regular staple every weekend. In addition to their tomato expertise (seriously ask them anything about what type is recommended for any purpose, dish or recipe), they have an abundance of lettuce varieties as heads or bagged. As the season progresses they offer so many other veggies that are always top notch: zucchini, cucumbers, bok choy, kale… follow them on Facebook to see what they plan to bring each week. They accept cards or cash, and are located on the East side of the market near the Pantagraph building main entrance.”

“This is an amazing little farm doing big things. Great produce that's Certified Naturally Grown plus rotationally grazed chickens, fresh eggs (including duck and goose eggs!). Ask the farmer about his soil & process and you'll learn a ton!”
