“We had the best experience here. We came at 6:30 on a Tuesday night with our two year old and 9 month old. The owner is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. We were the only ones there from start to finish. I wouldn’t have blamed him for saying we’re closed for the day but he stopped weed whacking and gave us his undivided attention for the next hour and a half. We petted and fed all the animals and he explained all their little personalities and next thing you know he had the train pulled around without us even saying a word to give us a ride. It was an amazing experience and from one business owner to another, thank you for giving six people at the end of the day the full experience that you certainly didn’t have to. My son didn’t want to leave. All the best!”

“My husband and I visited with our five year old son on the 4th of July. We were in the area from Louisville and needed a child friendly activity to help burn off some energy. Immediately after seeing the pictures online, my son couldn’t stop talking about visiting. The farm itself is beautiful, with lots of activities. The owners were incredibly welcoming, giving us a short history of the farm, showing us the animals, and making sure we got a chance to ride on the train. My son loved the bounce house and playing on the playground with a new friend. We’d highly recommend anyone with children in the area make a plan to visit. We hope to visit again this fall for all the fun Pumpkin activities. Thanks for a great time!”

“This place is very nice for families. Everyone was friendly and the tour and introduction to the animals was really great. We took our toddlers who was not quite 2 at the time and she had a blast. The animals were very cool to see up close and feed and seemed to be kept in good conditions. What set this place apart from the other petting zoos is the playground and train. It was really nice to have some extra activities for our daughter to play with after she was done with the animals. Definitely recommend for families with young children that are looking for something fun and relaxing after a few days hiking.”

“This place was wonderful! I couldn’t hardly get my almost 2 year old to leave. They have a petting zoo that’s free to 2 and under. Most everything was included in the admission which was only $10 a person. They had a playground, jump house, pumpkin patch, train ride, and you can even the feed the animals for $1 a cup. So reasonably priced, pretty, and everyone was so friendly! Highly recommend for all your animal lovers!”

“I went with my 4yo and 2yo and they absolutely loved it. Very clean place, plenty for kids of all ages to enjoy. My 4yo loved riding the pony and my 2yo loved the age appropriate swings and other equipment. The owners were very generous, patient and gracious with us. I recommend for parents of young kids as a spot to go for a few hours at least. Loved it and will for sure come back.”

An all around wonderful experience for our entire family. I’ll for sure be recommending to everyone I know and will be bringing our kids here as often as we can!”

“We had such a great experience at Three Feather’s Farm! They took 12 of us on a tour of the petting zoo and we all loved it. They even allowed me to bring our pet, Max. I highly recommend if you’re visiting Red River Gorge or any of the towns nearby.”
