Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Ohio.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“This is our 3rd Year visiting Tom's Maze, but this time, we decided to visit early to attempt the maze while the corn stalks were still green. It added more of a challenge, but it was well worth it to see the completion of our map! For those that don't know, at $10 admission (per adult), you get an entry ticket and a blank map with 12 numbered squares, each for a different color-coded section of the maze. Your job is simple: Within each section of the maze, the interior is lined with a different colored ribbon, indicating which section by ou are in. Somewhere within each section is a green mailbox with a Paper Puzzle piece of the section and tape. As you complete each section of the maze, you fill your map until you have all 12 pieces. The map can be completed in any order! In addition to the maze, there are other kid-friendly activities such as the No Left-Turn Maze, the Flower Labyrinth, and other fun adventures. Featured at Tom's Maze is their Tractor-Pulled Train Ride ($1 per token) and the "Punkin Chunkin", where they shoot a Pumpkin from a Canon at the distance of a Half-Mile! There are also Pumpkins, Merchandise, Drinks, and Food available! The workers and owners are really friendly and polite to their customers! If you're looking for some Autumn Fun, this is an annual must-see!”

“This was an awesome experience! A great place for a family or anyone looking for a fun fall activity. The maze took us about 45 minutes (2 adults). We would definitely recommend doing at least once! There were also some other fun activities for kids like a mini maze and human foosball. Also there is a pumpkin canon! There is a little trailer where you can buy food, and a little barn where you can purchase pumpkins. There was a big variety, with multiple kinds and sizes. Overall, a great activity.”

“How fun! Highly recommend. This was our first corn maze. It took us over an hour, in the dark. It was a lot of fun. They have a little maze for small children. If you don’t have a flashlight , they sell them for $3. They have tons of pumpkins as well. Super cute. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It felt like a very safe and family oriented environment.”

“This place has all of the fall things. Wildflowers to take pictures in, complex corn maze, food, drinks (apple cider), pumpkins, tractor pulled rides, pumpkins being shot a half mile away, and other interactive games. I only wish it didn’t cost $12 per person. Overall a great family friendly spot though!”
