“The U-PICK strawberries were REALLY good quality / taste, and fair price. They taste like you'd expect from a home garden, and DO NOT taste like chemicals like some of the other red berry farms in the area I will not name whom I visited right before finding and visiting Visser. It's also really nice that Visser gives you temporary buckets to pick with and then you can use your own method of taking them home, instead of being forced to buy one of their flats. I have been to other close by red berry farms that require you to buy their flats and create more waste which is silly. Overall- highly recommend and will be returning again every season going forward.”

“Just finished canning 3 bushels of the best canning tomatoes I have seen in a VERY long time! This is the first yeat I have gotten anything from Visser's, but I guarantee you it will not be the last. Tomatoes were just right ripe, nice and "meaty" for canning and almost all of them peeled themselves. It is 45 miles away from me, but so worth it! Thank you!”

“We get some of our produce through Visser Farms' booth at our local farmers market. I just picked some up and had such a pleasant experience that I wanted to write a review. They had a nice selection of fall vegetables and had great prices. The nice conversation is a bonus that will make coming back all the more enjoyable.”

“Great berries at a great price. I got the two pails pictured for 20$ (3.25 a pound). Berries were a little small but to be fair we are in a massive dry season. Will definitely be back again!”

“Family friendly place that loves to talk about the product they sell.”

“Good produce selection. I would suggest picking your own strawberries though. I bought 3 pints and by the time I cleaned them I had 1 pint full of bad berries. Picking your own is cheaper and you don't run the risk of getting old or rotted ones. I was surprised their eggs were refrigerated. The sugar snap peas were old or too big. Asparagus was amazing. Very friendly place.”

“I went today for u-pick strawberries. There was a nice girl at the booth that directed us to between two orange cones. That’s the only help we had. People were randomly in that area. Took a long time to find a section that wasn’t picked yet. Also, the berries were extremely dusty from the cars driving past where I was picking. I felt like I was inhaling dust the whole time. Left with very few, very dusty berries. Had to do a double dip to get it all off before using them. Maybe there are better picking fields there, but not worth the drive for me.”

“Met them at the farmers market. If you don’t want me picking out the ears of corn that i want that’s not a big deal but when I request a certain criteria you can’t ignore me and give me the worst looking produce you have left. Very rude for a farmers market engagement very strange”
