Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in Pennsylvania.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Yet ANOTHER fantastic year at Whistle Pig! I can't say it enough- the crew there is wonderful. They're so welcoming and helpful. We've had a big group going here for the camp fire/corn maze/pumpkin patch for well over a decade and we've never had an issue! We've lost phones, had minor injuries, and I'm sure other things have happened over the years but they've been nothing but pleasant and accommodating. They even take our picture at the end of the night! I speak for our whole group when I say Whistle Pig is great! 10/10 highly recommend!”
“Perfectly small, inexpensive, fun day with kids. Workers/owners are kind. They have fire pits for cooking on, 3 corn mazes back up to each other and are close to fire pit. Hay ride currently requires a mask.”
“Such a wonderful place. Great maze and pumpkin picking. They also have hayrides on weekends. Price is not bad at all. My family loves going here. We have been going here since 2017.”
“Great time for birthday party or just a visit. Tons of pumpkins all shapes and sizes. Alot of fun for the whole family”
