“Such a cute orchard!! We drove about an hour to visit. The orchard is on the smaller side and you need reservations to apple pick🍎. We did not have reservations, but that did not stop us from getting their delicious hot donuts and a flight of cider. They also had live music and a bunch of tables to sit at. It was pretty crowded and seems like everyone was getting their cider flights. It’s also dog friendly so we brought our pup along. She had fun visiting other guests! Great day just enjoying the fresh air, listening to music and enjoying their goodies.”

“I visited this place for the first time Sunday and I enjoyed it. I love their hard ciders their apple cider donuts the apple pie and I even got on my first hayride in 30 years... Its a great getaway from the hustle & bustle of the city.... Staff was very knowledgeable and very very hospitable and nice.... We will surely be back”

“Loved this place! Very cute area to pick your own apples then sit and enjoy some donuts or drinks! Will say we probably came too late in the season a lot of the apples were too high up or destroyed but still made the most of it! Will be returning next fall :)”

“In York, SC. Had an apple orchard, a store, a cidery, and fresh made donut section. The cidery had a great selection of ciders. Saw some donuts being made. Lots of seating outside. Very peaceful and relaxing. Recommend visiting.”

“Great ciders, doughnuts and hayrides. You cannot go wrong. Staff is friendly. Just be aware this is considered a road stand and they only have porta-johns for restrooms.”

“Windy Hill Orchard and Cider Mill is a good spot for a fall afternoon. The food here is fantastic, with the donuts being a standout treat – fresh, hot, and just absolutely delicious. The food truck also offers a variety of tasty options that are sure to satisfy any craving. They were out of a lot when we got here. However, be prepared for a very long line at the bar. It can get quite busy, especially on weekends, so patience is key if you’re looking to enjoy their hard cider. Despite the wait, the atmosphere is wonderful, with a loud yet enjoyable vibe that makes the experience worth it. The shop is well-stocked with a variety of items, perfect for picking up some unique gifts or treats to take home. Parking is decent, though it can fill up quickly during peak times. Overall, Windy Hill Orchard & Cider Mill offers a great atmosphere, delicious food, and a great shop, making it a worthwhile visit despite the busy bar.”

“This was a nice fall excursion for my wife and I, limited parking, but, overflow lots were were perfect. Lots of cider wines and one cider beer (which I had and it was good) albeit a bit expensive. The cider mill lacked store items and there was no mill showing how the cider was made. They have 3 fire pits and live music…this was a close 5 star, but the location just needed a few extra things.”
