Before you go
A short checklist so the trip feels easy — especially helpful for first-time u-pick visits in South Carolina.
- Bring closed-toe shoes, sun protection, water, and containers unless the farm supplies them.
- Call or check the website for today’s picking conditions — mud, rain, and sold-out fields are common.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting stained; berry juice and field mud travel home with you.
- Cash still helps at smaller stands even when cards are accepted.

“Absolutely loved our visit to Bush-N-Vine Farm! This place is everything you could want from a true local farm experience. The market inside is full of fresh, high-quality products — from juicy fruits and crisp vegetables to locally sourced meats, fresh-baked breads, and jars of golden South Carolina honey. You can really tell everything is grown and made with care. The staff were kind and welcoming, happy to answer questions and share information about their produce. Outside, the farm is picture-perfect — buckets of bright strawberries, colorful pumpkins of all shapes and sizes, and beautiful fall displays that make it such a great stop for photos. I also loved their food area. Hot fresh donuts, cold drinks, yummy ice cream and more — the slushie was cold, refreshing, and tasted like pure sunshine in a cup! It’s the perfect place to shop local, support South Carolina farmers, and enjoy a peaceful day surrounded by fresh air and friendly faces. You can feel the pride they take in what they do from the moment you arrive. I’ll definitely be back again soon for more fresh produce and homemade goodies! 🍓🎃🌻”

“Not only is the produce fresh picked and delicious, the store's selection is constantly growing. We use the Bush-N-Vine as our grocery store for weekly shopping. You can buy bread, milk, eggs, meat, seasonings, jam, honey, tea, and many more items here. I love knowing that I am supporting small businesses in our local community. The donuts, smoothies, and other treats are incredible too. 😋 With the playground, outdoor Cafe, and seasonal vendor markets and pumpkin, strawberry, and flower picking, we have found that the Bush-N-Vine offers something for everyone in the family. Love it!”

“The strawberries I got here Saturday are the tastiest I’ve had in a long time. We also had a hot dog and some doughnuts and spent some enjoyable time on the porch swing just people-watching. Lots of space to just hang out, and the produce stand is well-stocked. Back to the berries. I’ve cut them up with sugar and I’ve made a cobbler, and everything has been so good that I may just drive the 30 minutes back down there to get some more.”

“Loved my short road trip to this amazing spot with locally sourced vegetables, fruits, (pick your own crops when in season), milk, and the breads are brilliant! Made BLT sandwiches and the Carmel Pecan Apple Butter spread was next level with a light spread of their Amish butter. Everything was nicely displayed and the staff was friendly. Nice supporting small businesses and getting the most delicious products.”

“Since I moved to the Carolinas I love visiting farms! I had an amazing time here, there is so much to see. They even have a hiking trail and I enjoy a good walk. It's a beautiful place. They have a play area for kids. Check this out I saw a small plane parked on the grounds, and that was so cool to me.”
